Very mean spirited, unprofessional and rude staff, especially Bob!! Bill forgot what service I had requested on my vehicle, resulting in me going back twice for the issue to be resolved. Going to pick up my vehicle, Bob and Bill were very nasty to me. This explains why staff is the same way!! Never going back. Black people be aware and be careful!!

Called on a Monday, described the problem with my vehicle (punctured tire and issue with acceleration/check engine light was on) and was told they had an opening on Wednesday. Great. Went in first thing on Wednesday morning - said I was dropping off the car, mechanic said we don't have any time and I said I called to make an appointment on Monday. He says "Of course you did", proceeds to ask me what is wrong with the car. I say the punctured tire and I start to describe the issue with acceleration and he cuts me off and says he'll check it out. Entire day goes by, no call, so I call shortly before close and he said they patched the tire. I asked about the rest. He said it looked fine. Picked up my car. Check engine light still on, car still clearly not running as it should. I 100% believe they patched the tire and didn't bother to look at the car otherwise. And also left it there all day when I probably could've had it back in a half-hour if all they did was the tire. When I took it to another garage, they said the tire was so badly cracked they wouldn't be allowed to patch it - it needed to be replaced, and we are looking to purchase a new car because the other issue that was "fine" will be so expensive to fix that it's not worth it to repair the vehicle. While that's not their fault, they clearly did not look at the vehicle at all and just rushed me out the door because they were too busy that day and failed to write down my appointment.

I took my 37 year old car for diagnosis. Cranford Auto correctly diagnosed my car and charged less than what my previous mechanic did. They were also willing to work on my old car. I will be taking the car back to complete repairs. Finding mechanics to work on 20 plus year old cars is a rarity.

Great great job, honest(!) and fast. Had problem with lights on my Prius and Joey fixed it up, no hassle or fuss, or attempts to wring money for the quick fix. Finding honest auto repair shops is akin to finding buried treasure, so am happy with this find.Service: General repairs & maintenance
