“I do not recommend getting into a car accident, but if it happens, I 1000000% recommend Straightline. From the moment I walked in for my estimate, the customer service was top notch to say the least. From the awesome ladies up front, to the guys explaining what had to be done, they were awesome. They texted me updates along the way, and my car was ready almost a week before they said it would. This is literally the complete opposite of every other body shop experience I have ever had. But when i came to ADD they were patient. Didn’t mind dealing with silver rock and did it quick and followed up with me every step of the way. “Excellent experience with the entire staff. From the owner, to the office manager to the head tech everyone was professional, prompt, and excellent in their service. I came in for a minor frame repair, and got a fair estimate. The final cost came in under the quote, and they did all the little extras that make the difference like using better screws than OEM, and liberally applying frame protection all around the job site, and related areas. “Full disclosure, my car ended up totaled, so I didn't have R&C do any work on the vehicle.However.I did interact with the staff on multiple occasions over phone and email. Michelle and Carl in particular were super responsive and helpful. I had my first car accident over a month ago and today, speaking with Carl, I realized he was the first professional I'd spoken to who'd asked, unprompted, how I was doing.I've called multiple body shops and dealerships, spoken with myriad individuals at my insurance agency, and even the person from the towing service that originally picked up the vehicle from the site of the incident.I just about burst into tears. (just about.) It really hadn't bothered me how little human element there was in this whole process until I experienced a little bit of it and then I wondered why it hadn't bothered me. If your insurance includes a rental, choose Enterprise. They are a short distance away, and when Modern finishes the repair of your car, drop the rental off at Modern. They get it back to Enterprise. “Even though we have waited almost 3 months since the accident of our Tesla Model Y, today we finally got the car back. I have to say Benner’s really did the excellent job except the long waiting for all the parts from Tesla. It looks like a brand new car. They even cleaned it up inside out and offered a live-time warranty. No complaints about Benner’s, but many complaints about the service support from Tesla. Tesla makes great cars but the repair service is absolutely the worst. Thanks Benner’s for the excellent job.”
