My initial experience was exceptional, exceeding all my expectations. Every aspect of the apartment was impeccably managed. The chef prepared excellent breakfasts, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was well-maintained, and the housekeeping services were commendable. Additionally, the receptionist was extremely helpful and cooperative. Overall, everyone performed their roles with great professionalism.
Another thing is that the environment was incredibly friendly, and I made many new friends with whom I loved to chat. Even other guests were pleasant, making my stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Im going to have to give this establishment a complete zero based on the complete lack of care and compassion and concern for my situation. I booked online and booked the wrong location. I was told I couldn’t not get a refund or a transfer when I was excited to stay at a different staybridge suits. So now my money is being taken from me and the whole experience of my stay has been ruined. I have to figure out how to get to a location i am not at all familiar with because of a web error i made with zero help or assistance from management when i simply wanted to go to a different Staybridge location. Its greedy and unfair. I booked the for a solo stay to get away from stress and this just added to it, so thanks so much. I will not be booking with staybridge again.

The front desk girl Neha was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. I stayed there for a week with my family and almost every single time I went to the desk she was in the back and I along with other guests had to ring the bell multiple times to get her to come out. She was also always on the phone which is extremely rude. It looks like she hates her job. All the other girls at the desk were fine and welcoming but she left a bad taste in my mouth

My husband and I stayed here all week on a business trip. The staff, rooms, breakfast and service was wonderful!! They also have complimentary washer and dryers so you can do your laundry. We had a great experience over all

Water damage to one of the bathroom walls resulted in fallen paint chips everywhere. This is a motel with hotel prices and pretentiousness.
Rooms: More crammed than expected. Smell of weed in the hallway.

The reviews and star rating are completely misleading - this place isn’t just outdated, it’s dirty and not maintained well whatsoever. Our room had dirt all over the floors when we walked in for the first time. Corners full of dust and dirt clumps. Tattered couch. Curtains stained. Ceilings with questionable stains as well. Carpet with a weird sticky patch of some leftover syrup residue or god knows what. Accumulated dirt around furniture. Rust on the ac vents, shower rods and other fixtures. Bedroom doorknob entirely missing a lock/piece. paint/wall was peeling with residue falling on floors. Odd stench stuck in the hallways and room. This isn’t a mishap from one or two bad cleanings- this is a general poor cleanliness standard and unacceptable maintenance practices. There have to be health dept violations going on here. We did NOT stay long.
Staff stated that the hotel is just old, and up to safety and health standards. I believe I can tell when something is old vs in need of repairs or cleaning and the owners are definitely skimping in those areas.

My name is Audrey and I stayed at
Staybridge 1272 South River Road Cranbury NJ. I enjoyed myself tremendously. This was a 'ME' time getaway. I COULDN'T HAVE CHOSEN A BETTER LOCATION. The staff members were all very friendly the manager named Ivett was very helpful in establishing my reservation and on arrival personally met me. Even though she had a lot of events that weekend, in more than one location she took time out to meet me. Thank you Ivett. Dominica the Front Desk Agent did everything she could to honor my wishes to be on the top floor away from the elevator. That request was honored, thank you Dominica. Thank you Neha at the front desk for your warm greeting and kindness. The continental breakfast was fresh and amazing thanks to Jessica and Luz. The cleaning staff, Carolena Kept me supplied with fresh towels, coffee and tissues she was an amazing helpful lady.
Her and all the other girls were so deserving of the monetary tips that I gave to them. They deserve so much more. If I forgot anyone's name please forgive me. The end result was that I had a great time and I loved all the amenities in the rooms, dishwasher, lounging couch, refrigerator.... And so much more. I hope to come back soon. Thank you everyone. I went home refreshed because of all your great service!!!
Rooms: The conditioner in the room was so quiet, whether I wanted a warm room or a cold room or just a fan.
Nearby activities: Visited a country club for a Blue Magic and Delfonics show. Was fantastic and beautiful. Local restaurants made deliveries, a soul food restaurant named
Dootsie's Kitchen served up yummy yummy delicious soul food. I also saw menus for Italian places.
Safety: Going in and out of the elevator and back and forth to the car, I feel completely unafraid. Sleeping in my room undisturbed was great.
Walkability: The yard and lawn was well kept immaculately.
Food & drinks: Great variety in the continental breakfast, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal, eggs in several varieties. Vegan dishes, yogurt. 100 Colombian coffee and several beverages. ALL FRESH
Noteworthy details: Hotel store open 24 hours, attentive desk clerk always on duty. Continental breakfast served on time with a smile.

I give this a zero star because of the customer service and I hate to say this, but they’re prejudice state, I booked a few rooms one of the guys smoked in the room, which was agreed that we would pay the 250 smoking fee that was presented to us at check-in but all of a sudden they tried to charge $500 for the smoking fee and wouldn’t give an explanation so the front desk had the nerve to call the police because I wanted a receipt stating why I had to pay 500 instead of 250 which the paper I had signed so when the cops came, they were on my side the front desk to provide why they taken 500 because the policy clearly states is 250 and then they proceeded to kick us out of the hotel and told us we couldn’t stay at that hotel or sister property down the street which was cool with us because we didn’t want to deal with that type of prejudice anywaythis day and age people need to learn to live their life, instead of hating People , because of their skin color. bad vibes bad energy I recommend not to stay there but have your own experience.

Visiting the area for a family event. Room needs paint, minor repair/replacement, but otherwise a decent experience in a quiet area. Breakfast room was nice, but breakfast could be refined.

Very nice room with living room area and kitchen that has stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cooking pans, utensils. There's laundry, fitness center and breakfast included. It's really lovely. Outdoor pool too. I hope to go back.
