Working with James and Mary throughout this process was excellent. James is very knowledgeable and professional. I will increase my ratings once I have had the car for a while to make sure no issues arise. However, up to this point - I just picked up the car today, my experience has been excellent .

Excellent Service Department . Had my car in for service . The staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating . My car was done quickly and correctly . The store was very busy , obviously because they provide excellent customer service . I will definitely be back .

I honestly had a really good experience buying a car here. I called about just looking at for a Ford Ranger on the lot at like 5:30 a half hour before they closed. Marco, not only had the car ready, but set a test drive the next day to see how I liked it. I got beyond a fair deal trading in a truck I had since I first learned how to drive (you could hear me coming down the road) and treated me with such respect, they helped me come back take sentimental pictures the next day. Fair. Honest. Great experience. Ask for Marco.

It was a shame that one person has ruined my experience at this dealership. There was a problem that needed to be resolved, but the service manager Steve was arrogant, dismissive and condescending. He would not try to understand or satisfy me, where the customer service representative, Jack and the person in charge of parts dept were trying to help me and solve the problem. Kudos to them. Even the billing department people were nice. Unfortunately, this service manager does not possess management skills and inappropriately discussed my situation out on the open where there are customers and 3 other service representatives. Unfortunately, one person can really ruin a good experience and he can care less about satisfying his customers. I hope no other customers have to deal with Steve’s short sightedness’s and poor management skills.

I bought a car there not even a month with the the car check engine light came on so I took back to see the problem. It an 1,500 to repair the warranty I have was a key warranty. I believe that should got some better service being I only have for one month.

Exceptional experience is all I can say! Michael Triano was a pleasure, he even transferred all of my items from my previous SUV into the new vehicle. He made the process fast and simple. Faysel in finance explained everything to me so that I had a complete understanding and I didn’t have to sign a billion documents. I’ve never had such an enjoyable time car shopping! Even the owner was kind enough to offer ordering me lunch while he ordered for his employees. Thank you for your high standards of customer satisfaction!

I always have had an excellent experience at Cranbury Buick from when I first bought my car, including my car serviced. They are courteous and upfront of what has to be done and at times when it didn't. They are honest and competitive.

I stopped here to use the car charger and 2 of the salesmen came out to ask about the car. They were very nice and it seems like decent place.I have had no work done here nor did I purchase the car here. But they seem nice.

Don’t even bother with this dealership. They keep harassing you by sending you offers for your leased car, mentioning the car shouldn’t have any major issues being the only requirement. I called the sales rep Steve and even gave him all my details including VIN number and pictures and he insisted to come in person to make a deal. We drove 40 mins to meet him and obviously the car needed to be in MINT condition to make ANY deal. The car had a few scrapes and dents, nothing more than that. He refused to even negotiate. And also said “if you have nothing better to do in life you can leave a review”. Save your time and take your business elsewhere.

0 would be ideal. There are better people out there to do business with.We received atleast 5 targeted mails saying they would like to take in our lease (nearing lease end) with no fees for excess wear/tear, no excess mileage charge, no disposition fees and no obligation to buy from them.We even confirmed by calling in and speaking with them multiple times and were told that they do mean it. We finally made the 45 mins drive to turn in the lease......only to find out in person that they didn't really mean any of it. We were asked to pay 1500$ in order to return the lease to them.Dishonesty and lies deserves ZERO in my books !! The rude rep even said "you have nothing better to do in your life than leaving a review" !! Well, spent 1.5 hour of my day visiting them so 2 mins more leaving a review is certainly worth it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Traveled over an hour and a half for a car that was promised to be “good as new” and when I arrived the car had several large scratches on the windows and body of the car and chips from rocks all over the hood. Dealers stated they didn’t know the real condition of the car because it was “covered in dirt previously and was just washed now”. No changes in price were offered, just that they could repaint the car and we could pay for the paint job.
