I purchased a 2021 Buick Encore GX with the
help of salesman Mike Triano. He was very helpful and explained all the great safely and technical features. He never pressured me
but made me feel comfortable in making my
final decision. Financial representative worked
with me to get to the monthly payment I could handle. My beautiful red Encore is so fun to drive and is just the right style and size for me!

I recently leased a 2024 GMC Acadia from Cranbury Buick GMC, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The team at Cranbury Buick GMC made the car shopping process experience smooth and stress-free. Michael, in particular was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They took the time to understands my needs and they helped me find the perfect car without any pressure. What stood out was the excellent customer service. Michael was patient and answered all of my questions throroughtly. The entire staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

I have never been to a business that proudly carries themselves with a complete lack of competence, professionalism, accountability or responsibility. The service department has an amazing ensemble of disrespectful and incompetent employees lead by a supervisor that would rather blame and argue with customers than correct their staff for their issues internally. Took my truck there for a service and left with a check engine light on! Now I’m looking at needing a head gasket and was told by Jason in the service department my vehicle is not suitable to be worked on at their shop. It’s a 2020 GMC Sierra with <75k miles. If you’re looking to be disrespected, or looking to deal with incompetent, irresponsible, unprofessional staff this is your spot!

Purchased a used truck easy group of people, i have limited time and they were very attentive to that. got me in and out. Chris is a good guy. Didn't try the typical dealer "strangle straddle" moves very professional.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY SELL DAMAGED CAR, AND THEY ARE DISHONEST. WE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM; THE SOLD US A 2021 CHEVY BOLT WITH A BAD BATTERY, WE DROVE IT HOME (50 MILES) AND THE SERVICE LIGHT WENT ON. TOOK IT TO A LOCAL DEALER AND APPARENTLY THE BATTERY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. IT WILL TAK 5 WEEKS TO DO SO. DEALERSHIP WILL NOT DO A THING FOR US.
DEEPLY REGRET BUYING A PRE-USED CAR FROM THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
The comment below is an attempt to make themselves look ethical. They are not. I called the number 2x, and left a message. No one has gotten back to me, and the person I did speak with last week told us: sorry. We sold you a car with a battery that won't take a charge, and the replacement battery will not be in for at least a month, but there's NOTHING we can do now. Do yourself a favor. Do not go to this dealer.

Worst customer service from the management and the sales team. Every-time I call , I get forwarded to a voice mail. Left at least 30 message and no one would return my call. Totally unacceptable.

Michael Triano was the gentlemen Assisting me on leasing a vehicle
Michael was Down to earth and Straight up guy
Explained to me my situation And explained what was best for me
Broke everything down in very simple steps
He was patient - Upfront - Consistent
He wasn’t Aggressive
He told me to go home and talk it over with my wife and see if this is a good decision for my family
The next day I called him up and we made a deal
He was able to set everything up for me before I arrived so I was able to walk in and walk out with my new lease
