AVOID this place at all cost. This place is a rip off. They took the money upfront and said they will will reimburse once the Insurance pays. I got tested on 12/22/2021, and nearly after a year, I have yet to receive my money.

I got a refund finally. You can if you don't forget to call a couple of times (once to have them put it through to the insurance, and again to get them to actually refund you) It took me 5+ months total.

The place is a rip off. They took the money upfront and said they will will reimburse once the Insurance pays. They were paid back months ago but I haven't been reimbursed yet. Made few calls and no one picks. Today finally someone picked up and says they will get back. Why am I supposed to be calling them when they have received money on my behalf?

Our family took pcr tests in aug 2021 and later in november 2021. Insurance confirmed that Omnia was paid for testing on both the occasions. We still have not received the reimbursement from Omnia. No one answers the phone call or returns the call. They are complete rip off

I took a PCR Test here on 9/14/21 and have yet to be reimbursed after paying for the test upfront. I confirmed through my insurance that they paid Omnia months ago and whenever I try to call Omnia no one picks up. I have called at least 15 times already, they are literally stealing money from customers. I already filed a complaint with the NJ Dept. of Health on this but no luck yet with them. Avoid this place and get tested somewhere else.

Testing process was good but they are a pain when it comes to refunds. My claims were paid to them but they blatantly said that they don't repay customers when they have taken money from me as well as encashed the checks from my insurance. I am going to take them up to courts now. Definitely not recommended.

This place is a rip off.. if I could give zero stars I would. save your money and time and go somewhere else. I went here for a covid test, and the receipt I got says antibody test.. so in order to get compensated through insurance they need to see a valid covid test receipt. Insurance does not cover antibody tests.. so I received a normal covid test but they messed up the receipt.. called and emailed them multiple times over the past 3 weeks and haven’t heard a single word from them. Until I receive the proper receipt for the test I took I won’t be getting my money back… all I want is a response letting me know what’s going on and the proper receipt so I can get my 130$ back. Which BTW 130$ for a covid test is RIDICULOUS

This is not the first time me and family have used Omnia for Covid PCR tests but today 28Dec2021 was even better than the last few occasions. Went there for PCR test as we have been exposed to positive Omicron friends. The process was easy and seamless. Sat in the car and all four were finished in 20 minutes. The young tall guy who served us ( never knew his name) around 5:45 pm was just a special guy, helpful, pleasant personality, well spoken and most important patient as we were having some struggle with the data entry process. These are the people that makes the experience memorable. Thank you Omnia and thank you kid who helped us. Will keep coming .

My insurance paid them for 2 PCRs done in 08/03 and 09/03 and I’m still waiting for them to pay me back even though they got the money from my insurance. They are stealing patient's money

I had a COVID test a month and a half ago. No problem with the process and timely results. My issue is in regards to the payment/reimbursement. I paid $130 and was told they would submit the claim to my insurance company once payment was received. Three weeks go by and I check my claims and nothing. I contact Omnia and was told things were backed up but my claim was being submitted that week. That was 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, Nothing! Now I’m frustrated because as another reviewer wrote, they don’t give you enough information to submit the claim yourself. I will update this review on my progress............UPDATE, this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. I would like to add that every time I called for a status, I was always called back in a timely manner. I appreciated that. Thank youE

The service is quick. However, I was advised that Omnia have not submit any claims as I’ve called my insurance company to get a status of the reimbursement. I would advise that if you are looking to get reimburse for the claim that you elsewhere as this is not being handled properly along with other comments from other people.Update: I was told by the insurance company that the provider did not bill us which is not true. I hope that I get my funding back because this is not how reimbursement should be handled like this.Update 2: they have not refunded the money back to my husband which is getting ridiculous! My husband took the test in Feb and still have not gotten paid back for the reimbursement. I am disappointed and not be returning if I don’t get the money back. Some people need this money and it’s not fair they haven’t paid back.

I am so incredibly disappointed and upset with omnia. We had our covid tests done before flying to Canada. Unfortunately we didn’t receive our results in 24 hours as promised on their website and we missed our flight! As a result we incurred significant expenses rebooking our tickets and related expenses. I tried to contact the company and did not receive a response. I am very angry because when we had our tests done, no one indicated that the tests may take longer because of high volume. We only found out tests were taking longer when we called and heard on their voicemail that results were taking between 24-36 hours (and no one answers their phones nor voicemails. You cannot get a live person!).

I’ve been to this testing location twice now. Once after travel and once after potential exposure to covid 19. Both times I had to go with my two year old to be tested as well. Each time I have received an itemized receipt via email and received my test results within the time specified on their website. The staffers who perform the test and organize the paperwork are thorough and friendly and each time have been wonderful with my toddler. I don’t know if they submitted to my insurance company for reimbursement yet, but I needed testing quickly and didn’t mind paying for it. I couldn’t get an appointment at any of the sites that offer it for free and didn’t have the luxury of time in these cases.

This place is a scam. They say they will charge you $130 for the testing upfront and then reimburse you once they get paid from the insurance, this is a lie. I confirmed with my insurance that they billed them received the payment and already cashed the check but they never reimbursed me. I have called 20 times and they always say the person who handles reimbursements is a part time student and they have to send him an email and get back to me but they never get back. I have been calling every week for 3 months. It shouldn't be this hard and time consuming to get the refund they promised when they have taken my money and the insurance money. This is insurance fraud and I will be reporting this company.
