We had a great experience at Monroe Medical Supplies. Brenda was wonderful and patiently walked us through the Medicare process to get a walker for my spouse. Everyone there are great to work with. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful, lots of items in stock and on display, for trying out especially. Ellen is so very good with elderly customers; very, very patient and calm! Really no need to go anywhere else.

Incredible service by Nasri Saad. He was very competent and prepared for our surprising incident at the middle of the night, when my family and I were vulnerable in the city. I spoke with Noz. He arranged a pick up at my home. The man that collected our wheelchair and Drive scooter, Brian, was very helpful, patient and arrived timely. He did call me to tell me that he was on his way and would be here in 20 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. Zero customer service and rip off attitude. They are ready to give out non certified, unverified by licensed personel medical equipment to anybody who paid them. And they dont even bother to do so once they are asked and just can tell you "Have it and come back tomorrow , we are too busy". What if i die because of that overnight or get any health complications?!?!?!?Best advice: Stay away off these place. Or deal with them at your own risk.

Not much to say except they don't seem to answer their phone during business hours even after it rings many many times. I can't tell if they have a good business or a poor business what I can tell if they don't seem interested in doing any business!
