The general manager was very kind and accommodated my error when I booked the correct hotel, but in the wrong city. He allowed the change, due to the honest mistake, without without penalty. Wonderful customer service. His hotel looked very clean and nice. I probably should’ve stayed there because the other hotel that I ended up going to, even though it is a Hilton, was not as nice.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Mr Ayaz, (GM), and his whole team were just so customer-oriented. Ana who was the lady in charge of the breakfast buffet, was so kind too......Will certainly recommend this highly!!

My dog and I stayed here on our drive from Vermont to FL. Extremely clean. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Plenty of green space to walk my pup as well! The breakfast spread in the am was INSANE for an included breakfast. Most hotels go very basic. This place had multiple options for everything: raw sugar along with regular sugar, milk, half n’ half and creamer for coffee. Regular or pumpkin spice waffle mix. A variety of cereals. PLUS the hot buffet, bagels and pastries. I can’t recommend this place enough!!Noteworthy details: If you’re traveling with a dog, stay here! There’s a huge green space behind the hotel. The hotel is a little ways off the highway and totally worth it!!

Was a great stay overall. We only stayed 2 nights so we didn’t get to experience most of the amenities but the staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in the

To start off the hotel is nice neat clean and the workers are friendly the only issue that gave them a 3 star rating was that they are selling water for $6 a bottle but to make things worse is that they have free coffee and boiling water all day and night so once you drink it and then get dehydrated then you get price gouged on the cold bottled water at the counter. My advise would be grab the provided wine cooler put a provided clean plastic bag into in fill it up with ice from the ice maker and put a cup of boiling water from the down stairs does a great job for fresh clean water.

This Hampton Inn hotel was clean and located just off Route 130. My wife, son, and I enjoyed our 2-nights stay here with our miniature poodle in September 2023 over Labor Day weekend. It's about a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Princeton, and a few minutes from Exit 8A of the NJ Turnpike. Lot of pluses during our stay here. First, the hallways and rooms appeared to be relatively new (completed in 2018 or 2019). Second, the breakfast buffet from 6am-10am was better than expected. It had the usual Hampton Inn fare - but provided a wide array of items (hard boiled eggs + oatmeal). Third, parking is free and widely available around the perimeter of the hotel. However, there were some blemishes. First, you must request next-day housekeeping in advance. Perhaps due to staffing shortages, the hotel has limited this service. Second, I noticed minor flaws in the bathroom. For example, the shower door in #309 was not fully sealed - so a little water trickled onto the floor after a shower. Third, the ventilation unit had a musty smell - perhaps an air filter replacement would do the trick. But overall, we would stay here again.

Next to the NJ TPK with huge trucks rolling by night and day. Find somewhere else if you need to sleep at night. Renovations in the lobby. Even with the standard breakfast, not worth the $$$. Unlike any other Hampton Inn we've stayed at.

This Hilton property has housekeeping-on-demand, but they don’t tell guests that. I was surprised there was no housekeeping the first day, and although I requested it my second day, they never came, so the on-demand part doesn’t actually work. Some of the rooms have a sign about this on the mirror. Others do not.Check your bill carefully. There was a $13 charge for the snack bar, but we never bought anything. And when I called to dispute it, I discovered that the phone number on the email with the bill was wrong. That’s just sloppy and unprofessional. The entrance off of Route 130 is pitch black and hard to see at night. They need a light there. The shower door handle and sink faucet were loose. My room didn’t have a luggage rack (others do). The floor was wet, not just damp but water logged in places. I assume they had cleaned the carpet, but I saw a dog this morning and wondered whether I had been stepping in dog pee. The last couple of times I stayed, the room smelled musty. Also, at breakfast, they use cheap tiny plastic cups for juice. Everything is disposable here, including the guests.I stayed here because it was the highest rated of the local hotels. It’s time to try the others.

This hotel is clean, safe and modern. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Ana Estevez in food service. She made sure our needs were met, the kitchen area was clean, and she was friendly and personable. Overall a pleasant stay.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stay to go to Six Flags. The room smelled bad, the bed sheets smelled like if they were washed without the detergent. King size mattress was uncomfortable. The free breakfast was horrible - there was only one person who was refilling/cleaning the food area and she was not friendly. The food was not refilled on time, the hot food platters were empty, people were asking for food, the waffle maker needs fixing. At least coffee was okay.

The location is a bit windy to get to off the interstate, and the rooms are a bit spartan, but the customer service is excellent and the rooms are clean. The water is just hot enough on max for a very warm shower.Rooms: I think I got the disability room. Very accessible and empty. Feels like an afterthought rather than a nice room with additional accessibility.Safety: Very safe area.Walkability: Not at allFood & drinks: No real walking food option
