On Saturday March 30, 2024 I called and spoke to a representative by the name of Concrsd, I was inquiring about transmitters for a 2004 Lincoln Aviator, when the possible availability of them. He said oh here’s a transmitter with an American flag on it for $10.92. I jumped on them and then the next day found out that they were just cases. On Monday I tried to change the order and thought that I’d stopped it. I had to pay an additional $74.09 to get what I wanted. They didn’t stop the original order in time. I mailed the first order back. I just got off of the phone with a representative saying that I hafta pay an additional $31.14. I’m not sure after paying what I’ve paid that I would ever buy anything from these people. Unless they send me what I need after receiving the original order. If they don’t, then I’ll let people know

I accidently had ordered tires to my old address, I contacted customer support , and they quickly fix my address so I didn't half to worry about sitting at my old address waiting for my tires made my life easier and the tires I ordered arrived very quick and look great on my 2007 bmw 525ithx carID

Was having trouble finding my actual part online myself contacted customer support got a hold of a Brandon Leon and in 10 minutes he had the exact parts for my 2024 Ram that were OEM fits I'm happy and I know to talk to someone professional on the team to make sure that I get the right part so I don't have to try and return it I have good luck with car ID thanks Robert

Ordered a set of wheels and tires. Within hours i was contacted by Joe who in formed me that two of the wheels were back ordered for atleast 6 weeks. And directed me on my options. He took care of everything. Next day he called and told me he had prepared my order how i originally wanted it. EXCELLENT service. Prompt and very helpful.
