So far, I'm waiting 4 days for a delivery.Customer service is rude & doesn't take responsibility.Don't understand why "Home depot" would use them.Contacted "Home Depot" said it would take 24 - 48 hours to investigate.By that time, it will have taken 6 days.Definitely calling the "Better Business Bureau".Stay tuned.

This was the worst experience getting a delivery from Home Depot. We had to reschedule twice; first time the order was not delivered on the schedule date. On the second occasion, we got a driver (contractor) who had never driven inside Manhattan before. He tried crossing the park with a truck and got blocked for hours. Got to the apartment 6 hours after estimated time, parked on the street and did not understand what curbside delivery meant. Hours later, thanks to our contractor and building management, we got the delivery out of his truck. Avoid them if you can.

By far the worst delivery services!!I spoke to Anthony and specifically told him they need a pallet jack because is a county road and has no sidewalk, deliveries can't stay outside, need to be brought inside the driveway. He said ok! They have been to the location 3 times with different orders, unable to delivery a single item for the project. They know what they need, still refuse to do proper delivery.

I'm trying to talk to Nick from the safety department so they can solve an important situation that they should have solved a long time ago, It’s a week already and no one gives me reason or help! the customer service staff/ Dispatch do not know how to treat people! and if they can't solve a problem they are rude and hang up the phone! the worst service!!!!!

Waited all day for a delivery. Lost half day of work. Had to call twice. Never heard from the driver. Then was told that another order was blocking mine so my order couldn’t be delivered. A call world have been decent . Terrible

They delivered my order from Home Depot a week later than agreed upon. The time set for the delivery wasn't honored as the driver showed up 3 hours ealier than the time agreed upon as well. I was supposed to get a call saying the driver was on his way. I got the call when they arrived & had to bring the item up 5 flights of stairs with help from the building porter as the company only does curbside service. Having worked for a trucking company, I can tell this place is a mess & just not worth it.

My patio set bought online via Home Depot was supposed to be delivered on June 9, 2021 by BRAUN EXPRESS. The set was not delivered on that date... no call... no heads up... just a no show. This happened another 4x (BRAUN EXPRESS gave me at least 4 separate delivery dates and never showed up). Braun Express is horrible... bad customer service, rarely answer phone, flat out lied about delivery dates that never got honored, actually told me that I could drive 2 hrs from Long Island NY to their warehouse in East Windsor, NJ to pick up the boxes!!! We finally got the patio set 1 month after I placed the order ONLY after I called Braun Express several times and pressed Home Depot to intervene. Please avoid Braun Express! And Home Depot needs to do a better job screening the delivery companies they hire to transport products.

Home Depot needs to find another logistics company. Brauns Express does not have a proper tracking system and nobody ever calls back. They are helpless and will waste your time. I've been trying to locate where the heck my 7 boxes of material is and they haven't been able to find it for over 2 weeks now.

I have been dealing with this company for years and I do not know how they stay in business they are so unprofessional. Believe me I don't want to deal with them but I have no choice because some companies I deal with deal with them unfortunately. They hang up on their customers all the time and they don't answer the phone. And sometimes when they answer the phone they hang up on you. I simply don't know why any company would use them for their deliveries. They are obnoxious they curse at their customers it is simply unbelievable that any company can be this screwed up and stay in business.

HomeDepot uses this POS company for deliveries. Truck shows up to my house to realize the furniture wasn’t loaded in the truck. Called the warehouse to tell me “oops.” Real winners working here.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. Stay away from this company. No call, no time range , no date provided for delivery. Promised you to call back, never did. Guy in the phone hang up when confronted with all of this. Basically, they don’t care about clients.
