This review is for Macon. He is an EXCELLENT clerk who went completely above & beyond to help me with my mailing needs today and to make sure that my fragile item gets to its destination in one piece. He guided me towards the right path in the way that I needed to mail it out, was friendly and exuded GREAT customer service skills! ....Sometimes you can walk into a post office and are met with rude, unfriendly clerks (I think lots of clerks at other locations have a universal bad rep for that) so it was refreshing to walk in, feel welcomed and respected. Thank You Macon!

Macon is by far one of the best postal workers I’ve encountered and as a military member I’ve been to ALOT of post offices. My father worked as a postal worker for 20+ years and I always was amazed at all the people who knew him in the community and had such positive things to say. After being helped by Macon multiple times over the 4 years I’ve been at JBMDL I now see the same admiration for him as people saw in my father. Thank you Macon for your hard work and positive attitude, rain or shine.

Best post office I have ever been to. The postmaster is kind, courteous, and very punctual. I have never had an issue mailing anything out from this post office. If you can avoid others and come here, please do so. Customer service is top notch!

I love this Postal Service, every time I go to buy stamps, box, or just to mail packages. The gentleman is so so kind and professional. If you were having a bad day, he put a smile on your face, all I can say I mail off many packages from postal service, but this Postal Service in Cooktown NJ, I'm so please with them. You are Awesome and service well deserved.

Such an AWESOME experience! This place blows the post offices on base out of the water. They even stayed open 5 min late on a Wednesday to help my son mail a gift to his grandfather. Can’t say enough positive things about this location

Do you hate having to go to the post office? I used to hate going to the post office. But this one...it's actually pleasant! I'm kind of afraid to review it for fear of blowing up my spot, but this post office is always on point. There is almost never a line and when there is a line it is typically just one person in front of you. The staff is super awesome - always friendly and helpful and even remembers your name if you show up regularly.
