I hired them. They subcontracted the inspection. Right now I am remediating mold and dealing with a 5K roof issue. This is not to mention having to replace the rear doors due to rot he never found. Hire someone else and don’t let a small amount of savings now cost you a lot more later..... there are better inspection companies out there.

Worth every penny, absolutely wonderful. Rhino Home Inspection has reasonable prices, almost too good to be true for how amazing they were. The inspector was so informative and incredibly thorough. I am going to recommend them to everyone I know that will be looking for a home inspector.

EXCELLENT COMPANY!! There are a lot of home inspection companies out there. I've bought two houses and the first company I used was horrible. So I looked on Google and found Rhino Home Inspections. I decided to give them a try. When I first called the company, a very pleasant woman answered the phone by the name of Becca. That first conversation gave me a great impression of the company. She was very knowledgeable about the services I needed and didn't need. She offered me a discount and everything. So I had the home inspection done by Bob Peoples and he was fabulous! He didn't mind me tagging along during the whole inspection and asking questions as he did his job. I was very impressed! This company is fantastic! You must try them out!

I had Rhino Inspect a home I was going to purchase and found the office staff to be very helpful. The inspector found some serious problems that prevented me from going through with the purchase of which I am very grateful. Thank you Rhino!

The company says that Radon test takes 7-10 days. But sometimes it is over 10 days. Also, the one that sounds like the supervisor is not very nice.
The inspection, including Radon test, took place on Aug 5. On Aug 12 I was told that I will get the result by 4 pm Aug 15. On Aug 15, I called at 2-3 pm, and was told the result was ready and she will email it to me. Because I did not get that email, I called again a few minutes after 4 pm, another one (seems to be the supervisor) answered my call, she told me that it was a mistake, the report ready was for another house with the same street name, and my house's report was not ready, and she was waiting for the lab to send her the report. I asked her to call the lab and she said she won't call the lab. I was trying to ask her to at least know the date I can get the result, but she just hang me up, and did not answer call from my phone.
When I called this company from another line, asking how long the Radon test takes from the day of inspection to the day I get the result, I was still told that it takes 7-10 days. And I asked why I cannot get my result, she asked me not to call this number again. She told me it would probably be ready on Aug 16 (but she did not make sure).
I got the report in the morning of Aug 16 (only late for one day). So I will now change the one-star into two -star.
Actually the inspector is not bad, and the receptionist is very nice. (The one giving five-star did not tell lies.) But the supervisor just do not know how to be nice and how to make customer feel safe. If she just said "Sorry, but we will ask the lab the first thing tomorrow morning", I would feel "you are not always late, and maybe I can get the report tomorrow". Even if she said "It will be ready tomorrow. What's wrong for being late for only one day?", I would at least know that it only delays one day, and I would not write a bad comment. But she talked like "it is OK to be late", and do not tell me when it would be ready, and "won't call the lab", and hang up the phone, it made me feel "you are already late but you feel OK, so I do not know how many days you will delay it".

Unsatisfied with their inadequate service. I had a home inspection completed on Saturday and their representative indicated that the Radon Test results would be received by end of week. I did not receive results back until over one week after the home inspection. Very bad service.

This company is not worth even if they offer their service free of cost. Worst customer experience ever. Please read other review on yelp as well.
Inspector was average and we are not happy with the inspection report findings. We understand that we all are human being and make mistakes but I hate when the other party does not accept even though they are on fault. It is the fact we had to point things out to the inspector that he missed that he should have caught easily and these were major things he missed.
When we called initially, we were promised the inspector will climb on the roof weather permitted, but the inspector refused. When we mentioned this to the manger or supervisor, she is saying: no their guys do not climb on the roof. So we mislead. Although the reception was pleasant to speak to the one we booked the appt. with. (maybe that's the catch how they got us because she was nice)
The most disappointing thing was the management because we called them to give the feedback on the service we received and the so called "supervisor" was thinking she is all that and being so RUDE. She was almost arguing with us rather than calming down and listening and working with us. Sincere advise, Please stay away from this company. I wish there is a negative rating available to rate this review.
