Great place for brand new equipment. I’ve purchased a snow blower and a hedge trimmer from this place and i’m completely satisfied. I will continue to do business with this place for sure as I continue to build my landscaping business. The staff that I did meet were great and very informative. I personally worked with Steve Haines twice and will more than likely check for him the next time I go back as well.

Had an issue with a mower purchased through them, the service department will tell you there is nothing wrong with your equipment even though it was sent in multiple times with a complaint. They wait until it’s out of warranty and then tell you there is a problem. Would not recommend. The service manager is totally incompetent and terrible with customer service. Refused to try and make it right and hung up on me several times. Finally got a hold of the sales manager who was significantly more professional and took time out of his busy schedule to try and rectify the situation. It’s a shame because the sales process was great but the service department will make me never use this place again.

I had my windshield blowup twice on a 1025R. The first time I did not know that there was a design flaw and willingly accepted responsibility The second time i did some research and discovered that this was an on going problem.No one at this company informed me of the problem. Also, there was supposed to be a sticker on the windshield warning the operator that opening the window and using the FEL was an issue. There was no sticker.. This dealership would not take any blame.

Nice people but lied to me multiple times on the phone about when my machine would be ready. They gladly picked it up to service it but never mentioned they were 2 months behind.. The person answering the phone for service constantly threw her team under the bus for running behind and told me 3 days in a row that it would be ready the next day. $1,100 in repairs (including a new carb i'm not sure i needed) later, i got it back. I recommend that you don't come here for service, at all. They don't own up to their shortcomings when it matters. They've lost me as a customer because this isn't the first season i've waited a LONG time and paid a LOT of money for simple service.

Brought in John Deere walk behind leaf blower twice for same repairs. Spent over $400 on repairs, still not fixed. Will not waste more money or time. Would not recommend repair personnel.

We called about a tractor that they had on the lot. A German picked up, answered all my questions, and we agreed to come see it a few days later. Before that I asked him if there was any contracts on it and if it was available, and it would be possible to put it on hold for us. he said he would put it on hold for us clean it up and that it was 100% available for us to come buy. We show up turns out the tractors under contract and was later sold that day. The manager there told us he was sorry and that he would try to get us a deal on the other similar spec tractor they had he called us the next day and said sorry we can’t help you. You drove eight hours for nothing. The manager there is a unrespectful and for this to happen, the business must be horribly run. I would highly recommend against going on there word if you ask about a piece of machinery, they have available, because most likely they’re trying to get you to go there and then upsell you on another piece of machinery.

Hello All,DO NOT USE THEM.This is one of the worst place you ever want to be trapped in. I bought L100 John Deere tractor from Home Depot. With in the bumber-to-bumper warranty everything should have been covered under 2 years. Calling John deere they connected with this dealership. Spoke to Kim sales person she said everything is covered including back and forth drop off tractor if the battery or basic thing goes wrong I have to pay $60. Tractor was picked with in 2 days and then the whole circus started. No calls from for 3 weeks I continued followed. Finally Ryan ( Manager came is and said I have to pay for pick up and delivery rest is covered.) PLEASE DO NOT TRUST CENTRAL JERSEY EQUIPMENT in case you end up getting trapped get all email from them for charges before they pick up. Not trust worthy at all. DO NOT USE THEM,

I'm starting to see why these reviews are so bad. This place has poor customer service. Had trouble with getting a part I originally wanted to order. The parts person told me that what I was asking for, John Deere doesn't make it. Which I found out later John Deere does make what I wanted for my mower. Apparently he wasn't understanding what I wanted. Ok, it is what it is. So I had an order placed over the phone. I was told 3-5 days it should be in. 8 days later I called to find out the status of my order as I've heard nothing. Well it was there just no one cared to call me to let me know it came. Now i made a 2nd order while I was there to pick up the order I've been waiting for. Which is the part that I was told john deere doesn't make. Again, 3-5 days for the part but now its 12 days later and I've yet to get a call. So I called today 10 minutes before closing. Someone picked up right away and said they'll transfer me to parts where they can answer my question. Sat on the hold for 10 minutes and no one ever picked up. Called back and no one answering. What kind of customer service is going on here? Im about to just cancel my 2nd order and return my 1st order. Which I can't use without the 2nd part I'm waiting for.2ND UPDATE: Now 28 days since I placed my order at the store. Have yet to be contacted about my order. 3-5 day order......28 days laterUpdate response to owners reply: They never bothered too contact me back after I gave them my info
