“Nice bank with very nice employees. I miss the manager guy that was here they fired when they took over Investors. He was very personable.Citizens in general (not this specific branch) gets minus 1 star for their regular system & other technology issues since taking over the Investors Bank branch that was here AND for their garbage regular Certificate of Deposit rates. Other than that, its a great bank.”

I normally use the Burlington Branch and I have never had any issues.Rhoda who’s been with the branch for sometime has always been very helpful each time. “Recently opened checking and savings accounts at Citizens online. There is a $400 bonus for direct deposit and debit transactions within 60 days. SSA usually takes more than 60 days, hopefully my pension dept. is faster. The main point of my review is the grrreat customer service I received at Mt Holly NJ Acme branch. Kesha was my teller and it was one of the best transactions I've ever had in any bank. Kesha filled out my direct deposit form in a flash. She is very friendly and super efficient, it's nice to know that I can go to this branch and get the best customer service. Thank You Kesha for a very helpful banking trip! Francis McMaster”
