“I was a new customer when I arrived seeking repair or possibly replacement of a tire whose pressure had dropped fast. A friend recommended Mavis -- in the past I had been loyal to a small tire business, but the owners sold it and I didn't like my customer experience with the new owners ("the wait could be hours; we may need you to leave your car here for a day or two...."). I went on to the Mavis website and to my surprise (1) they had a super-easy online appointment scheduling system, (2) appointments were available immediately, and (3) I made the appointment on the spot. My car was taken in right away. Aside from how much time it would take for the repair, my other concern was whether I would get an honest assessment which my prior vendor had always given. I should not have worried. The tire had a nail in it and needed a patch. Mavis could easily have sold me a new tire (how would I know), but they told the truth and charged me $25 for the repair, when I had expected to shell out a whole lot more. Service was friendly, fast and so easy. I am now a Mavis customer!”

“Honest service center that I will always take my cars to. I don’t worry about being ripped off or over charged. I had a VW with weird wanting lights that I brought to them. They tried figuring out the issue and could not and recommended I take to a VW dealership. When I asked them what it cost for the diagnostic etc they said nothing since they couldn’t resolve it. Took it to VW and it was some weird glitch and a simple tire pressure sensor that was bugging out everything else Charged me $1k for it! Hendersons is my first stop for all my car needs.”

I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and have NEVER had an experience like this! Let’s be honest – buying a new car is not fun at all but Buhler is the EXCEPTION! When I walked through the front door I was greeted warmly by Lynn (who couldn’t do enough for you by the way) and explained my unique situation and exactly what I was looking for. Without hesitation she paired me up with the BEST SALESMAN I have ever met, Brendan Cooper. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and promised me right away he was going to do his best to get the van I needed for my daughters and I. He was so knowledgeable and I learned so much from him. It is very rare to meet a salesman with a heart like this guy has. He was so sympathetic, and kind and I could not have asked for a better salesman. He was not pushy at all and went above and beyond for me. This dealership did not waste a minute of my time playing “games” and was upfront and honest. When it was time to sign the papers I was brought to Andrew Rocco, who was a delight and had everything ready to go to get me in and out quickly and answered any questions I had. This dealership did A LOT for my family and I will forever be grateful that we have the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Brendan has a huge heart and is always a call or email away if any questions pop up and is so responsive! When I went to get our new license plates he again spent soooo much time with me going over the car, and even let my little girls assist him in putting on the license plates – it was the highlight of their day lol. This guy is an all around terrific guy and I have told all my family, friends, and colleagues about my experience. I am a first time customer at this dealership and will now be a lifetime customer and never need to look anywhere else. I cannot think of a single complaint or anything at all that I would change. This dealership stands out above all others and Brendan Cooper is a rare gem! “One of the worst feelings is to be stranded, broken down far from home. My good fortune was to break down virtually across the road from E&G Auto Repair Shop! George, the owner / mechanic, could have easily taken advantage of my situation - but instead, was extremely helpful in diagnosing my problem with my F-150 (which I thought was a plugged fuel filter) and he found to be the gas pump control module. George was leaving for the day, but took the time to locate an auto parts store (that claimed to have the correct module in stock), and my son drove out to get it. Unfortunately, the store inventory was inaccurate, and they did not have the part. George came back around about a half hour later to see how I was doing, and I explained that the part was not available and all parts stores were closed at this time on a Saturday night. Since I was travelling with family, I did not have the option of leaving my vehicle for George to repair the next day, but he arranged to have my truck towed to my son's house (70 miles away). George could have taken advantage - but just the opposite, he went out of his way to help! I can't say enough good things about this mechanic and E&G Auto Repair! If you are in this area and in need of expert diagnosis and care for your vehicle, I highly recommend him. He is trustworthy, honest, and truly cares about his customers!
