UNETHICAL CROOKS!
I bought a watch on their website, tried it on and after a few days the watch stopped working. I went to return it, they refused my return and sent the watch back to me and said no refunds, told me to keep the defective watch, they refused to refund me. Very unethical, unprofessional. I would never recommend buying from these Jewelers ever. There are much better reputable ethical companies out there. Buyer beware.

My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with Jay at Ashford and Grace. He designed both of our wedding rings from scratch. Jay understood what we were looking for in terms of size and style; and both rings were designed absolutely beautifully. His pricing is very fair and he is always available with open communication.

From the minute you walk through the doors, you know you are somewhere very special. With the very first conversation, you also are made to feel as if you are family. The proprietor, Jay is not only delightful to talk to, but is also superior in his craft. Everything in his store is of the highest quality and there is not a single detail that goes unchecked.My husband needed an incredibly valuable, both monetarily and sentimentally, watch serviced. The intricacy needed to perform this function is mind blowing, yet Jay returned the watch in the best condition it had ever been in. This was not an easy task!I needed my wedding band resized. I felt absolutely comfortable leaving both my wedding band and engagement ring in his hands. Not only did he fit me perfectly, but when I put them on, they were absolutely dazzling; as if they were brand new. Again, attention to detail and superior customer service is what you will get when you walk through the doors of Ashford and Grace. Why go anywhere else?

Jay is the nicest, most down to earth guy and I felt like he truly had our best interests in mind. My fiancé and I went to go get her ring re-dipped in rhodium and to get one of her necklaces fixed, which he did a quick, great job on. We ended up looking at wedding bands, and he was super helpful and we bought both of ours there. He gave us a great price and even sized my fiancé’s band on the spot. We will definitely be coming back for anything else we need.

Jay is the best! He is so passionate about what he does and a true expert. He’s been in the jewelry business for a long time and I felt like he walked us through the process of getting an engagement ring with ease. What’s unique about his shop is that he has “show” rings with diamonds already in them so you can really envision what you’re trying on. His designs are also intricate and super unique. The ring I chose is truly stunning and while it did take 6 weeks to create, it was so worth the wait. I wanted to use my late Grandmother’s diamond on a new modern setting. Other jewelers made it seem like I didn’t have a lot of options but Jay really went out of his way to make it a special experience. He even put my birthstone in my Grandmother’s original setting so I could treasure every piece of her ring and he did that for no additional charge. That is exceptional customer service and I come from the hospitality industry, so that is saying a lot.

Jay is amazing and very honest. My daughter purchased an antique pocket watch that didn’t work. I had taken the pocket watch to another well known jeweler in Colts Neck first that told me it would cost over $2,000 to replace all the components. I brought the watch to Jay and he couldn’t believe the repair cost I was quoted. He had his watch repair professional look at the watch and he quoted me $200.00. Obviously the other jeweler didn’t want to be bothered with my small item. I highly recommend Ashford & Grace. Thank you Jay!

Great Jeweler in Colts Neck. Jay is very personable and a wealth of information. We had a 75 year old family heirloom ring resized and repaired while we waited.
Repair was well done and the feeling of having such an important piece of jewelry restored to near new condition is priceless. We highly recommend Ashford & Grace.
