If I could give 0 I would. They completely lied twice about performing services they did not perform but charged me for. They claimed to replace my brakes and rotors in the rear and charged me for it. Its clearly listed on the receipt. I've driven my car 5 times since and my back brakes and rotors are grinding. I went there for a battery check years prior which they charged me for but never checked the battery like they said they did. My car stalled in their parking lot after they said my battery was good and even gave me a piece of paper showing all results were in green which meant they were 100% good. It was a lie because the next day I had to buy a battery from Autozone. Autozone helped not Ford in Colonia. Do not trust John. He is a snake and a liar. I now have to go and get my brakes and rotors done again and thinking about calling a lawyer after all of this. This isn't even half of the story. My other review told more. I'm just totally disgusted with Ford in Colonia. Do not fall for the smile , they just want to get your money not actually fix your car. Very sad

Bought a brand-new 2007 Mustang GT there in 2007. The salesman: 1. was late to the closing 2. didn't put the all-season tires as we agreed 3. entered the old address from my drivers license, as opposed to what was on the application; as a result the license plates got delivered to my old address 4. misspelled the VIN number when registering my car Numerous issues with warranty repairs, that I won't bother to list here. They do have a car wash though, which is good!

Do not waste your time with this service department. They are the worst in the region in my opinion. They are rude and unprofessional. They will stay with your car forever (they stayed with mine for 7 months) and dont even think about a courtesy car. They promise you things in writing and dont deliver. You get your car back with more issues because they did not properly care for it in their possession. I had a rain leak issue which cost about 1000 for a water specialist that they never resolved. They dont want to give me my refund and they dont want the car back. Good luck requesting a manager because no one will ever call you back no matter how many times you ask for a manager. YOU will always be the one calling for updates because they will not give you the courtesy to update you. My mistake is that i never complained even once during the 7 months, i was pretty understanding because of "covid" times but they took advantage of me and my patience and my pocket. They were just letting the clock run and wanting both the "repair warranty" and the time for a cardholder to dispute any charges with their credit card company expire. They do not care, its just unfortunate that a reputable company like Ford will let this service department get away with how they treat and scam their customers as if times were not rough already. PLEASE STAY AWAY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

If I could rate them a zero I would! This shop has been in possession of my vehicle for almost 1 month. They initially promised to return my car within a week. They do not communicate with me, I have to consistently call, only to be told that my car will be ready in 2 days. They say this every time I call. The Asst. Manager tells me one story and the service Associate tells me something different. They inflated the costs over the phone but when asked to submit an itemized invoice to my insurance company, the price mysteriously changed. They have also been giving my insurance company the run around. They promised to put me in a rental and when I inquired again, no one seemed to be able to make this happen. They are underhanded, poor communicators and lack customer service skills. Rather than admit that they do not know how to repair my vehicle, they'd prefer to give me the run around. I will have to take Legal action at this point!

Ther service department here are thieves! Service your car else where I have been going here for the last 4 years and am tired of the rotating staff. I have a small fleet of Ford vehicles that I would like to service here and build a business relationship but the new guys they have now Jeff Roman and Jimmy Morrison just want to take advantage of you and could care less about the best interest of their customers.

Terrible Service I took my friend to get his car fixed. And he got there at 9 AM we kept ourselves busy around 4 we came to check on the car and it wasn't even looked at. The very following day. My friend called about his car around 11 AM and it was still not looked at. This is unprofessional and they have an attitude when you complain. Absolutely horrible

My mom bought a car from Bell Ford back in March 2021. To date June 21, 2021 she still does not have the title even after many, many calls to Bell Ford by her and myself. She paid cash for her car. My mom is 79 years old and shouldn't be treated like this. The salesman was so nice when she was buying her car. I gave it two stars only because she loves the car. Think twice before you decide to go to Bell Ford in Colonia.

Extremely Highly Pissed Off.... This Dealership is no better than Freehold Ford. You clearly fill out a Credit Application online for a new car you run the credit then call to come in. I was completely honest with the overage of mileage, the conditions of your current car, & etc. The sales representative asks you what is your mileage & you say 176,451 miles, HE Raises his Voice and Repeats it out loud, Goes over and speaks to his boss and the person that calls me in. I found that to be highly unconstitutional disrespectful and embarrassing. I then stated that all of this was written on the credit application - oh you didn't know , you know because I told you all this over the phone.... I said to them if this is a problem then I will go and Allen Carter look and me said Sorry.... You would figure with the pandemic and everything that's been going on in the world that your business establishment would want my business because you do need my money to keep your business afloat. Your establishment was slow when I got there and a lot to be desired for. I did not like the whole approach and the way I felt that I was look down on which is a form of discrimination. And for every thousand dollars all you are doing is the de pleading my payment by $16 to $25 plus every credit score there is to get a break down. I would still have a high payment. I have a price list break down that my monthly payment would be $595 a month. I have the information because I printed it out plus after listening to the radio station this week you need to honor what was listed plus you are giving false advertisement. No wonder why people don't buy American Cars as much anymore.... You can call if you want to speak to me I am a 42 year old man..... I think I might call up channel 7 news to see what they say about the situation and any other station they would like to hear about this what happened and transpired today. From Michael Zappola

Mike Cappuccio of Bell Ford helped me three years ago and he was really a charm to work with. Forward three years later coming out of my lease, Mike scheduled some time and although I didn't find what I wanted he was never pushy and never aggressive as others could be. Stop by and check out my "Uncle Mike" and let him put you in a new or used car you won't be disappointed!
