This place is a joke, the skinny old man is still there? he was very nasty to me because my cat bit him, well, he must of hurt the cat, that was self defense. Don't waste your money going to this place, lady and the guy are very rude people. This happened a few years ago by the way.

Jean was very sweet and my puppy seemed fine when I picked him up. I asked for my Maltese puppy to have a trim, I specifically said I didn’t want it too short , I even showed her a picture.She said he was matted on his belly and she’d need to trim that closely to the Belly which I agreed. He was not matted elsewhere since I brush him daily. He got scalped and it’s so choppy and uneven! I’m so disappointed!! I’ll never go back.

Jean is a true professional. Loves each animal as if it is her own. Animals are her entire life and pride. I feel so safe leaving my english bulldog & cat in her hands!!!

Jean has been a fantastic groomer for both of my pets Rocky & Sadie. She is loving , caring and she truly cares about the pets . I am so happy with her service and she is truly the best .

This rating should be a 0. Stay far away from this place if you love your pet! I brought my golden retriever to Tender Touch and it was a horrible experience for him and me. He had razor cuts, burns, and the hair cut was completely uneven. He was in so much pain when he got home. It was so scary and sad.
