I had an awful experience with this company. I tried contacting them as one of their clients hit my car and I couldn't track down the correct contact details for their clients insurer. After leaving several voicemails I finally spoke to someone on reception about my issue. They were incredibly rude, uncompassionate and then hung up on me. I just asked for contact details for the insurer - not sure why they would be so unhelpful and rude.

In most instances, I have been able to get same day coverage giving me an edge in securing new business. On request for proof of insurance, it has been same day.
