5 star service! Phil is the absolute best in the game, I wouldn't look at him as a salesman at all more of an advisor and designer. He helped us pick everything from tub to hardware, even little details we wouldn't have thought about, which essentially would have cost us more money. I can not say how appreciative we are for Phil and the entire staff at Weinstein. All of my referrals will be sent here with confidence that they will be given the same service I have received!

Deciding on upgrades can be an incredibly overwhelming experience. But Phil Battel of Weinstein's Bath and Kitchen in Collingswood, NJ made all the difference. My wife and I initially went to one of their competitors, but they had little to no interest in assisting us with kitchen and bath upgrading. Decisions are easy when you work with the right people. Thank you, Phil!

I needed a part for a 6 year old faucet. which couldn't be found at local store so I called Weinstein's Collingswood where it was originally purchased. I didn't have the receipt, brand nmae or date of purchase, nothing. Kira Bauerle helped me find the info I needed with only pictures to guide her. She was able to identify the manufacturer and had them send me a completely new faucet at no charge. I was completely and utterly surprised by this result. I cannot say enough positive words about how satisfied I am with their service and professionalism. Thank you Weinstein's and thank you Kira.

I have purchased many products from Weinstein's Bath and Kitchen over the years. I was having trouble with another company and if it was not for Debbie my project would not have been completed. She was extremely helpful to me. I plan on doing another project soon and will be going back to Debbie and Weinstein's.

While they sell nice products and have a good showroom for the size, they are expensive. Worse than that, when I was redoing my bathroom about 5 years ago, I went in for a jacuzzi tub. The saleswoman did a hard sell and convinced me that a tub with jets was a horrible idea and I should get a “bubble” tub instead. I listened to her and have regretted since the day it was installed. It makes a mess of water all over if it’s used. The bubbles do NOTHING therapeutic. The tub has to be filled, bleached and run, then drained before it is used because there is so much black crud that builds up in it. I have a tub that for all intensive purposes can’t be used. And it’s not like you can just pull the tub out and put a new one in. This has cost me the price of the tub (very expensive- near 3k) plus several thousand dollars should I ever want to change it to something that could be used. If the woman had sold me what I asked for, I would probably give them 3-4 stars. But I was completely had, and hate that I can’t use the only tub in my house. If you shop there, don’t let them push you into anything. They were probably getting some sort of bonus for selling them.

I was sent to Weinstein's by my contractor to make my selections for my bathroom renovation and I was super pleased! I met with Phil who immediately understood and helped me find what I wanted, undetsood my vision and we put it together! I can't wait to see my dream bathroom come alive by my amazing contractor Tom Michalik!

I ordered some bathroom cabinets from Weinstein's. The shipment was expected to be 4weeks from my order date so I needed to push my contractor back a bit. The cabinets came but one door was damaged and the hinges were installed incorrectly. I went back to the company and they exchanged the door and told me they couldn't get it for 2 more weeks. 2weeks later, they had a delivery delay and now I'm waiting some more time for this door. At no point have they offered to reimburse me anything or make things right by their errors. I most likely will not do business with them again.

We bought our shower here and later replaced one piece. The proprietors are beyond friendly and helpful. When we encountered a snag in the process of replacing the part, Phil was incredibly helpful and kind. Doing business at Weinstein's is an absolute pleasure; I couldn't recommend it more.
