906 N 2nd St, Philadelphia“Stumbled upon this place wandering around the neighborhood before brunch! Great value and price for items. It's been tough to find a good consignment shop with valuable options. The space is clean, two floors and organized well. Before I left I made sure to follow their IG page for the newest finds! I appreciated the customer service and value of the items I purchased!”

1022 S 9th St, Philadelphia“We recently sold and bought some items in this store, we were pleased with the transactions. The owner is very professional and knowledgeable with valuable vintage items. This store is a gem in the Italian market and has well curated vintage items. Highly recommended!”
“After driving by this shop almost everyday, today I finally had some extra time to stop In. I’m so very grateful that I did! The design of the shop was so cute, there was many options of different types clothing to athletics to fancy dresses. The customer service was phenomenal! Highly recommend this shop!”
“Stopped in this little gem of a vintage shop with no expectations whatsoever. I came out buying 4 items, one of them a dress with a pig print and Dolly collar I am absolutely smitten over. A small business owner and vintage shop owner myself, I appreciate small shops like this and the courage it takes to run one. Running a vintage shop is no small feat so please stop in this adorable little blast from the past of a shop and support. The world needs more vintage stores not fast fashion!”

3843 D St, Philadelphia“One of the best assortments of vintage clothing out there. Especially great that he deals in so much menswear. David is a very knowledgeable and fair guy and constantly adds new items to his inventory. Definitely check it out!”
“I've been here consistently for 3 years (& counting) & it took me this long to write a review?!? So my review is based on my many years of experience shopping at Circle Thrift (CT). Get ready as this will be the most comprehensive review ever on my favorite store in Philly (& maybe all of America? maybe the entire world?). Times I've spent here At most: 2x / week Usually: weekly At least: biweekly CT standard not-on-sale $ (pricing system): Prices here are undefeatable! The cheapest you'll find anywhere! Frugal people gather around! Orange tags: $15 Any colored tags depend on the week: for the colors not on sale, unless otherwise specially marked: Men's Shirts: Short-sleeves: $3; Long-sleeves: $4 Tanks: $3 Bras: @@@@@ Underwear: (don't remember seeing boxers) Swimwear: 1-piece set: $4; 2-piece set: $2/ per piece T-shirt Top (Female): $3 Long-sleeve blouses/shirts: $4 Pants, Shorts: $4 Pants, Long: $5 Leggings: $4 Athletic Tops: $3 Athletic Pants: $4 Dresses: $7 Skirts: $4 Suits: $10 Blazers: $6 Trousers (Men): $10 Sweaters: $5 Ties: $1 Lounge/Sleepwear: $4 Sweatshirts: $5 Sweatpants: $4 Outerwear: $10 Kids clothing: $1 Shoes: as marked price Books in CT2: hardcovers: $2, softcovers: $1 Items in CT2: (ie furniture, large items, knickknacks) as marked price Items I've seen here: A whole range for different genders and age groups including newborns & children. Since CT is located in Fishtown, a hip neighborhood, the items that are donated here are usually purchased by people with modern/ good taste. I've also heard wealthy people donate newly bought items here for tax benefit/write-off purposes. I've seen anywhere from fast fashion items (H&M, SHEIN, Forever21, Walmart, etc.) to quality (anthropology, everlane, Banana Republic, J. Crew) to high-end (Brooks Brothers, Stuart Weissman) to luxury brands (though I don't think they authenticate items nor am I able to distinguish so buy at your own caution. But I saw brands like Fenty, LV, Gucci, Valentino, etc.) Any items you'd think they'd have, they'll have albeit not in store all the time but if the timing and coincidence are right, it'll be there. & any item you don't think you'll need, but you buy to need, you'll find here. From lingerie to undergarments, to cookware & dish-ware & utensils & appliances, to electronics, to footwear of all kinds including ice skating boots, to clothing of all kinds including coats and scrubs, even wedding dresses, to socks and hats, to newborn & baby onesies/ footsies, baby accessories like hats & shoes & bibs & toys, to seasonal decors & gift bags/ cards, to the arts & crafts corner with yarn, to linens, bedding & cushions, to suitcases & personal bags of all kinds (book bags, duffles, female bags), to garden pots, to PJs, Pros about this store: Discount/ sale system: & explanation of their turnover rates: Weekly items discount for 50¢ for that week's color (of items less/ = $10) or 1/2 off (no limit) for that week's second color. Weekly discounts begin on Wednesdays. Items have fast turnover rates in the store (unlike Goodwill which is why Goodwill seems like digging through trash) + affordable pricing system + discount system = there's always treasures to be found. If an item is without its color price tag, it will automatically be CT's regular price. To describe it; Small selection but fast turnovers, so it's best to go often as there are new items every day. Staffing: The people here are so friendly! I've always seen Ivan here & he brightens our day! Scotty is a ray of sunshine in CT2. The only cons/downsides: No bathroom for public use... due to privilege being abused by druggies... *sigh*, but they're not unreasonable about it if you're pregnant. I'd go to Riverwards Produce Market grocery store or Cake And Joe bakery for a close bathroom (see Google map picture). No haggling. Strict about this one even if the condition of the item is not ”
“Wonderful boutique for babies & children! They have a beautiful selection of clothes, toys, books and much more. Very helpful & friendly staff! So thankful for this special place ?”

“Great staff very friendly and does a lot for the community . The clothes were well priced and good quality . I purchased a beautiful vintage coat for 12 dollars .”

625 South St, Philadelphia“Wanted to get rid of a pair of frames, I DMd @vintage_julz and they said they’ll take em, after agreeing on a price, I sent it through UPS. 24hrs later he received them and I got paid in full. GOOD BUSINESS!!”
“Super narrow and packed with unique finds. So many weird collectibles and a drink stirrer drawer?? Such a fun visit for a lazy Sunday after brunch. I've been fascinated with this place since coming to the city years ago.(**Picture is from 2018)”
“Arcana is an absolute gem on Moyamensing and the neighborhood is very lucky to have this one of a kind store. There are so many unique vintage finds like decorations, artwork, kitchen and glassware, lamps, stained glass, mirrors, jewelry and other one of a kind items and goods. For me, Arcana doesn't get enough credit for being a one of a kind bookstore. They always seem to stock a wonderful assortment of spiritual, religious, fiction, esoteric/metaphysical and antiquarian books. They also have a great stock of vinyl records, too. I stop in often as things are always coming and going, plus I enjoy talking with Jim the owner and his sister Jerri. Stop in to explore the store or just to chat with Jim. He is full of stories and seems to have a passion for people as much as he does antiques and vintage. This is a friendly and welcoming place.”
“Randomly stopped by the other day on my way to an event, ended up staying for awhile and not going to the event. What an amazing shop, with the most fun, colorful, odd and exciting stuff.I met Sarah the owner and connected with her. I felt so seen and belonged. Definitely my new favorite shop! Will be coming back daily lol”
“I have to say I’ve traveled the distance to shop here at Lavish Loft. I never leave there without a a bag or 2,3,4 or more. The staff and managers are the best when it comes to service. Especially Sherry!!!! I look forward going back to shop. ?️?️ ❤️Joni”
“I have visit Linda's Vintage Treasures a few times, find it to be a very pleasant experience everytime!!! Linda is always polite and friendly always in a good mood, My husband and I will most definitely be going again”

54 N 3rd St, Philadelphia“Great high end boutique with hard to find clothes from bygone era of 50-70s. Great prices, highly quality items in spite of their age. Very happy I’ve found it. This is what I’ve got:). Mink fur, and the entire outfit for an evening out:).”
“I passed this cool Small shop on South St. looking for a barber. Mostly curated new items with a quaint thrift section on lower level. Really great prices and a cool atmosphere. I'll be back.5 stars especially learning the story of how it started. Shout out to the cool workers who were mad helpful.”
“I have the pleasure of working with the team over at Goodwill’s Fulfillment Center on a weekly basis. The communication, speed of completion on projects, and just overall easy to work with attitude is nothing short of refreshing. The warehouse manager, Pete has dropped what he’s doing for an emergency project need in a bind and Pete is always thorough and helpful. I would recommend Wes, Pete and there team over at Goodwill for any help on kitting projects any day. 10 stars if I could. Thank you!”
“Love this place! Items are always changing, and are reasonably priced! If you’re in need of some inspo, you should stop by, but be prepared to buy something you may just have to buy!”
“If you are a avid thrifter like me, this is the place to go. You never know what you will find. Selection is fair. Some days you have more than others. Some days it's hit or miss. But that's why we thrift right? I love going right after they unload a haul. The owner Rob is a decent, hardworking, family man and upstanding member of the community. I have personally seen him help many customers, including myself. There is a genuiness and humility that comes from being an Irish Kenzo, like the owner is. I have nothing but good things to say him and will continue to shop here. I'm a regular, of course. Akita, the beautiful Moroccan woman who runs the shop is surely a gem. She's a sweet and kind woman who does a lot for the store and customers. I look forward to seeing her face and the Spanish girl is a sweetheart too. I wanna say Jessie is her name. The guy who moves the furniture around is nice too. I wanna say his name is Mike. And there is another Spanish woman who has short hair whose nice as well. All around score going here ☘️”
“Amazing boutique with quality designer items. Greg was so helpful and helped me chose my 1st Chanel bag and I even ended up getting a Louis Vuitton as well. They have a great IG presence so check out their account. I will definitely be back!”
“I’ve been to A LOT of shops. Though not for the bargain hunter, all prices are fair. Most varies, unique, and cool shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to idk 100-200+”
11AM - 7PM
508 South St, Philadelphia“I absolutely love Retrospect, they are one of the only thrift stores like this in center city. The staff is amazing and always helpful. BUT, the ever- increasing prices are making me not want to continue shopping here… especially when you know that it’s a GOODWILL front shop. The staff shops the goodwill warehouses and then they mark in up in a south Philly-boutique-style thrift atmosphere ?? the other day I picked up a $34 lamp with a $2.99 goodwill sticker on the bottom and was in shock ??”
“I absolutely love this store. I got some amazing pieces and the deals were unbelievable. The store owner was extremely helpful and the store was super cute. I will definitely return in the near future.”
“Visited from out of town and stumbled upon this gem of a shop. The inventory was out of this world. I’ve worked in retail for 20+ years, from consignment to luxury small business boutiques and the owner has an eye for cool unique one of a kind pieces. As soon as she caught wind of my style she was incredibly helpful and personable pulling and showing me items that she thought aligned with my vibe. Had a great shopping experience overall and left with a bag full of treasures including a 90s Betsey Johnson mid length dress that’s a rare find. Thank you Denise! I’ll definitely be back again :)”
“Great shopping experience with a boutique feel! Ava is very knowledgeable about her inventory in the store and love the great selection of designer bags! Very pleased with my purchases”
“This store is very cool, it has everything from gi joes from the 80s to vinyl records from the 60s, clothes, toys, magazines and the service is very attentive, they make you feel as if you were the only buyer there.”
