Was torn between a 3 and 4 star review...Maybe went in with too high of expectations. The restaurant itself is very nice, bright and inviting and large. I would recommend reservations. The service was great, there are plenty of servers and helpers to make sure you're happy. The food had some highs and lows. The chicken eggroll was very good. Flavorful and crunchy with great spice. The tuna and guacamole was another star. Very good, fresh and delicious. The fried cauliflower was good except for the occasional piece that was overly salted. Steak fajitas were good. The enchiladas were fine, and the carnitas steak all good. Not mind blowing, but good. The paella was huge! We were told afterwards that it is usually for 2 or 3 people. The seafood in it was delicious, but the rice was kinda meh. It's BYOB and the margarita mix they have was very tasty. Mixed perfectly with patron.

Service and atmosphere very good. Food was underwhelming in taste. Tortilla soup was oily and the tacos were bland. I much rather go to La Cita on 70.

We finally got to try Paloma on this beautiful day! We were super excited to try and we were not disappointed! The virgin margaritas are hand made by Josh, and are incredible! I got the blood orange and my husband got the regular margarita (byob). We had guac, birria tacos, street corn, green chile enchiladas (so flavorful and light), steak fajitas and tried both the desserts. everything was delicious and packed with flavor! Josh was outstanding and made sure our experience was exceptional! We cannot wait to go back! Don’t sleep on Paloma in collingswood!

We loved this restaurant and will definitely be going back. I have been dreaming about the tuna tostado's since we left! The restaurant is clean, trendy and the food is more upcale-ish Mexican, which this area lacks. So glad to have this non Italian addition on Haddon Ave!

Food was delicious. The guacamole and chips were good, 3 of us had fajitas and 1 had the fish taco. We ate it all-just really good food. The waitress was great-attentive but not too much, let us take our time, did not rush us at all-she was a sweetheart. They even brought out cake for my birthday and sang which was a nice touch. Will be back!

Not half bad of a spot, went for a late lunch so we were the only people there. Guacamole was good and so was the enchiladas. Never got checked on and sat for 30 min after we were finished eating. Wondered why.. until I saw our server (red tattoo on neck) walking outside on her way back from Wawa with her lunch, laughing with her co-worker. Made eye contact with her and got no apology after waiting another 5-10 min. Not worth coming back in my opinion, spending $80 on lunch.

Quaint little place. Servers lack in personality but make up for it by being accommodating. Food is beautifully presented but underwhelming in flavor.Parking: Be prepared for the weather you may be in for a short, brisk walk. At least 5 blocks.

I don't like giving restaurants such bad reviews, but in this case, they earned it. Started off on a bad foot when the hostess sat us at a table that was extraordinarily uneven and wobbly. She walked by 3 times and we tried to flag her down each time to ask for a shim or to be moved to another table but our waves were ignored. Finally was able to flag down another server who quickly and promptly got a shim. Problem solved. Took quite a while for our server to come to our table which was odd because there were many empty tables—probably over half the restaurant, so don't think it was a byproduct of being busy. Will say that the guac and the plantains were both really good! Everything else, not so much. The chicken enchiladas were in a sauce that had way too much vinegar they were almost inedible. The chicken was also very stringy. The beer battered fish tacos were tasteless. Disclaimer, we did ask thar if any of the sauces were mayo based, to keep them off. But the cabbage slaw had zero taste. The fish was battered and cooked well—but no seasoning or taste to them at all. The biggest issue was the service. No one ever came to see if we needed anything after our food was delivered. We had to flag down another server and leave our table to go to the server station to ask for a 2nd time for hot sauce. By the time we actually got hot sauce, the fish tacos were stone cold. At that point we were done and just wanted to leave. But it took 10 minutes to even get the check. Again, had to flag down someone that was not our server to get the check. And when we got it, he still didn't even ask how our meal was—even with only 1 taco eaten. All over, completely disappointing experience. Was excited to see what the new owners were doing with the old tortilla press space. Can't say we will go back. Too many other good places in Collingswood. Disappointing because most of the issues could have been rectified while we were there if anyone ever cared to ask how things were.

Nice quaint little restaurant . Reservation definitely recommended for weekends. Be sure to get there early because parking may be blocks away and it's especially miserable in 30 degree weather. They were very accommodating for our big party. The servers are really nice. The food was not particularly flavorful but if salt & pepper has a spicy kick for you, then this is the place! I thought my whole table had COVID, no one could taste a hint of seasoning. We used an entire shaker of salt and still...nothing! Never have I had "authentic Mexican food" that was this tasteless x

atmosphere was beautiful, service was exceptional, noise level was perfect. chips & guacamole, lobster taco were very good. My husband and I got the steak fajita, the steak was super chewy and fatty, had a hard time eating it. that is my only complaint.

We had the guacamole, Mexican hummus, chicken spring rolls, salmon and veggie fajitas. The salmon was excellent, and the hummus and guacamole were both very good. The fajitas were good but very simple. I like the Mediterranean influence, which makes the cooking very distinct for a Mexican restaurant, although the two styles aren't really mixed. The service was great. Too noisy for me- nothing has been done acoustically as the interior looks DIY
