I have an elderly cat with hyperthyrodism and failing kidneys. Needs prescription diet which she will not eat. The owner has taken a lot of time with me, introducing me to brands low in phosphorous that my cat enjoys. The owner is a veterinarian, used to be a research vet in nutrition. She also carries toys, treats, kibble and canned food for dogs. The store is very attractively organized and the owner and employees helpful and knowledgeable.

I get CBD treats for our 13 year old dog here. The staff gives great advice, service and support. I’d rather spend my dollars locally here and support Principled Pet.

Despite having a 5 star rating I had a horrible experience here. To start when I walked in the door I was not greeted at all. Then I asked the clerk a question about my pet and He seemed to be so annoyed that I even approached him. The whole time I was in the store I felt judged and racially profiled. During my visit A Caucasian women who walked in the store was kindly greeted , helped with her items and received a friendly attitude from the clerk. Im very disappointed with my experience. This was my first and definitely last time I will be visiting this business .

Stopped in for the first time during holiday shopping. So many amazing products that are high quality and unique! Lovely owners. You can tell they truly love animals! Will be coming here for all of my pet toy/treat needs from now on!

This is my dog, Winnie's, favorite place in the world amd he always gets love and treats when we stop in. We bought a harness and they were nice enough to measure and fit him for it in the store. They only carry high quality treats and toys and clearly care about all of their clients.

This place and its people are so wonderful! Have been coming here with our dog Henrietta for about five years. Henrietta is welcome to come in and browse. The folks here know her, and offer good advice about her care and feeding.Recommended without reservation.

Great selection of treats and bones! My Greater Swiss Mountain loved the bully sticks here (the owner told me they’re made with meat from the Italian market!). Super informed owner and very inviting. Shop small! She actually knows what you’re giving your pet here!

I went in to look for a skunk toy as a joke for my dog that got skunked and Jake noticed me looking at one of the dog beds. We started discussing our dogs and, once he heard about my other dog’s quirks??♀️, he suggested one of them and I cannot tell you what fantastic advice it was. My dog LOVES this bed. He could be used in an advertisement for this bed, he loves it so much. This is why you shop small businesses! Thank you, Jake!!!❤️

My dogs and I absolutely love this pet shop.The staff goes above and beyond to answer questions and make sure you find the best options for your pet. I went in to buy a coat for my dog without asking the clerk came over and helped measure my dog to make sure I bought the correct size.

This locally owned pet supply shop is our go-to for cat food and supplies. The owners are friendly and amazingly knowledgeable about food and health issues for pets. We really appreciate the care they put into the selection process for their products. We've gotten great food and toys here, and we feel like we're better pet owners for all the great knowledge they've given us.

Exceptional service. Incredibly knowledgeable about product and pet needs. The owner helped tremendously in helping settle down our rehomed puppy who is now happy, playful, and does great with high stimulus environments.
