This branch is using PNC's database to make cold call solicitations.

I do not recommend this branch, and if you absolutely must be serviced here do not deposit any cash. The reviews speak for themselves and your money will be “miscounted” with no visual confirmation or in-person teller that allows you to double check.

Can’t speak more highly about this branch. Jordan solved all my issues that I was facing with other branches and even escalated the case to get matters finished. If you live in Philly and need help it’s worth the trip.

Was always a slow bank but the tellers were friendly. Now there are NO TELLERS and the ATM was out of service. Bad business model PNC. No reason to stay with this bank anymore now my local has no tellers. Disappointed.

Awful branch. My fiance and I came here to deposit a check from our house we just sold, apparently they decided to financially cut corners and get rid of human tellers and we had to use the ATM to do deposits, ok whatever. This morning, my balance shows the balance of the check had been withdrawn from my account with a note "other expenses " I initially thought I had been a victim of fraud. Called pnc only to find out that apparently because the check was written. Out to both myself and my fiance, the check didn't clear. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE A TELLER TO ACTUALLY LET US KNOW ABOUT THIS BEFORE DEPOSITING THE CHECK.Now I've wasted my entire morning on the phone with the branch only to have the branch manager snub me; apparently he's too busy with "other clients" to make a mistake his branch made right when it comes to the common man. Now i have to wait for them to mail us back the check. This is the last straw, I'm done with PNC, I'll take my business and money elsewhere.Few tips for success.A: Get a better branch manager that understands and values accountabilityB: Learn when automation is practical and impractical

WOW! This PNC branch is terrible! They no longer have human tellers. They don't give out change anymore, even if you are a customer. I went to their next-door competitor, and they gave me change. If the other PNC branches follow this one, I will also follow out the door to another bank. Just bad business.

Thr reviews for this place made me hesitant to go here, but once I was actually here I was pleasantly surprised. Amber went above and beyond to help me make a transaction, even taking the time to double check everything. 10/10 employee of the month material

What a joke they couldn't even answer anything I asked and they even transferred to four different departments and the last woman I spoke with was really rude. I called about why my apartment wasn't allowed or wasn't approved to take the money out. Even though i use my card all the time for rent.I was then told that I had a dispute on the amount(that I some how put on myself?) I then ask how thats even possible when I didn't even do it and no one could tell me or where the rest of the money went.

There is this one banker who works at the drive through whom is very rude. For some reason I always get her, very unprofessional and miserable as if she hates her job.

I must start by saying that in my many years of banking at PNC, I've always been generally satisfied with their service and policies. But today, I was given such horrible customer service for the SECOND time by the same customer service woman, that I felt compelled to comment. I totally understand that banks have policies and very specific rules, but when a long-time customer comes to your bank looking for assistance in caring for their elderly home-bound parent, it would be terribly nice if the person waiting on you was able to show a smile once in a while, or perhaps one tiny bit of empathy, or better yet, not behave as if you were just bothering them when they could be doing something else clearly more fulfilling to them than their job apparently is. So Collingswood PNC, I would recommend you reconsider the people you have sitting at your customer service desk, and this one woman in particular, because never before has a bank representative made me feel so IMMEDIATELY like I wanted to withdraw all my money and put it in any other bank in the world. I hope she gets to suffer such equally unimpressive customer service at someone else's hands one day when SHE is trying to care for her elderly father.

This bank is the most convenient to the Collingswood PATCO station. It's basically right at the entrance. In other words, since I don't have a Freedom card for some strange reason (it makes no sense), I stop here all the time to get cash out of the drive-thru ATM ahead of catching the train. Watch out for the people who walk up to the ATM. Sometimes they startle me. I've also been inside, and everybody who works here is really nice from my experiences. Really efficient. It's difficult to try making a left onto Haddon Ave. on this part during the day. Kinda hard to see. That's the only downside to this location, I'd say.

A conveniently located PNC near downtown Collingswood. It's also close to the Patco line in case you want to break that $20 bill before going for a ride. Friendly and efficient staff. Only one drive through line with the vacuum tube. The other drive through is for the ATM, which some people like, but I kind of find annoying. Either way. It's a bank. Go inside and get some money. Maybe give them some money too. Earn a few pennies in interest. Pick up a dum dum lollipop before you leave.
