The guy that activated my grandchild’s phone created a pin that I had no clue about & I couldn’t provide the information to pay her bill. We called customer service and they said it was a high security password…I mean what was it!? Crayon…she was only 7 at the time. No resolved issue canceled the service!

Overcharged me for a phone by not applying promo. Lied about giving me a $50 plan and instead gave me a $30 plan with a bunch of add-ons i said i did not want. Charged me for a case i didn't ask for and did not receive. never calls back when trying to get this situated. will be disputing with my bank, the metro is a scam and i hope t-mobile closes it.

The time state they open at 9am I got there couple minutes before,I waited until 9 am I go to open the door and it's locked. I waited until 9:15 and still closed. The time on store hours are 9am - 7 pm. If your late paying your bill they shut you down, but their late opening no consequences.... not cool!

The representatives here are very nice and helpful. I broke my phone and they hooked me up with a new one with a case and screen protector for cheap! Definitely recommend this Metro it’s my go to.

what a helpful store if I could give more than 5 stars rating I would the staff so professional fit my needs accordingly and saved me a ton of cash left the store feeling hooked up with a case and screen protector great deal on my phone had an issue with my other carrier which the reps took care of buying phones is usually a headache switching all my info but this store made it so easy I defiantly recommend this store 100%.
