About Cooper River Yacht Club
Nestled on the south side of the Cooper River in Cooper River Park, Cooper River Yacht Club members enjoy an ideal sailing setting and a view of the Philadelphia skyline. Members and guests can sign up for the Adult or Youth Learn to Sail Classes if you are new to sailing. Throughout the year CRYC also has fleet racing on Sundays from May until late October and a frost bite series for Lasers in November. Don’t own a boat? No problem! If you already know how to sail, you can join as a Community Sailing Member and sail any of the club owned Community Sailing boats for which you qualify. Qualifying is as simple as launching, rigging, sailing upwind and returning safely to the dock.
