I must give a huge shout out to my Leasing Agent Yanice Mc Mullen who did an amazing job to ensure that all my questions and concerns was taken care of.
I admire her tenacity in ensuring that a challenge that occurred when moving in was resolved by the team. I noticed that the initial unit that I was to move into didn’t have a dishwasher unit. I immediately contacted her to express my disappointment because all model units viewed had one which I was also expecting. She was very apologetic and expressed that she didn’t know that there isn’t one in that unit. I was very pleased to see how the team worked with me and get me transferred to another unit that has a dishwasher in 24hrs. The appliances were fairly new, the apartment was very clean. The staff overall very polite and friendly.”
“Kat and Cory in the maintenance dept are great! Anytime I have an issue they come fast to fix it! No matter what the problem is they always know the solution on how to fix it. They are trustworthy, friendly and care about the tenants. If they ever change jobs we will have to move, can’t imagine living here without having them here !”
“Very attentive staff who are super helpful and supportive to assist in anyway possible. I truly am thankful for their team for assisting me during my hospital trip to Philly for surgery. They made this 10x easier for me to handle than any other hotel would have in my opinion. I will definitely be back and recommend. My favorite part was my first day being there to walk in Rittenhouse Park it was beautiful. Again location is perfect. Toiletries smell fantastic as well by the way.”

“I loved loved loved my stay. From the front desk help to the bedrooms to the coffee. Sean at the front desk was extremely gracious and never showed any signs of me bothering him when I had 100 questions. He just answered me and showed me how to. I will add that the kitchen needs to be stacked with paper towel and the pool has no towels and needs them. Sean helped me with it all. I would definitely recommend this hotel bc of the service!”
“The new management at Avery Apartments has been great! When I first arrived in late 2024, they were in the process of transitioning out the previous team. Since the new management took over(Spring 2025), things have really improved — it’s been a much better experience living here.”

When I moved into my new apartment after graduating from high school it was a new process. Pat at the front desk made the entire transition incredibly smooth. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Moving into a new place can be stressful, but Pat went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. He patiently walked me through the check-in process, answered all my questions, and even provided helpful tips about the building and neighborhood. “I have been a resident of Jamestown Square apartments for 7 yrs. I'm moving due to a job transfer, otherwise I wouldn't be leaving. If I do return to Jersey, you can bet Jamestown would most certainly be my home. They make you feel at home from the very beginning and any problems that arise are resolved in a timely matter. I've always felt safe here. It is quiet, tenents are respectful of each other and it's very family oriented. The community is wonderful as I have made many friends here. The complex is in a perfect location, with stores, banks, highway access, etc.The rental fees are very reasonable compared to other complexes. If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further than Jamestown Square Apartments. And tell Anna, Rosemarie sent you!”

“I lived here for a year and honestly loved every minute of it. You can see exactly where your rent goes—the building and facilities are always clean and beautifully maintained. The office and leasing team are some of the kindest people I’ve met, especially Violet, who was always so helpful and welcoming. It's also a very quiet, peaceful ambiance here - really nice to come home to after a chaotic work day.
Maintenance here is top-notch—requests are handled quickly, and they actually fix things the right way, not just patch them up. The location couldn’t be better, right on the Camden waterfront. I always felt safe, with a strong police presence in the area thanks to the nearby medical and law schools.
I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years, and this place has truly set the bar. I wish every rental experience could be like this one!”

“After living here for a year now, issues come and go however, my over all rating from 1 to 10, is 9.0 like the convenience of the shopping Sprouts, Target, Chipotle, Chase bank, Wine and Spirits store, Starbucks and now the new Giant across the street, moreover, I like not just for these reasons my living space is perfect for me, with the all new appliances and washer and dryer in apartment and a very friendly staff from the care takers, cleaning folks, front desk folks and maintenance folks and the management staff, I also can walk to work if I wish. “I used to live here a few months ago with my husband it was our first place together as newlyweds and I never had any issues maintenance was also top tier and the ladies at the office are sweethearts. Only reason we left is because we moved to Florida. This week I accidentally ordered to the apartment I used to live in and the package was delivered today and Julia was kind enough to call the current residents if they could take the package to the leasing office like THANK YOU? I’m also grateful to the residents for being kind enough to take it. Anyways definitely recommend it’s very quiet and peaceful and clean. Thank you again I’m very appreciative.”

The front desk gives me peace of mind as far as safety and packages go, and the amenities (gym, parking lot, pool) are vey convenient. In my time here, there has been a change in management and I’ve been happy with both property managers. The new manager Ray has been friendly and responsive to any issues I have in the unit. Would recommend!”

“This is a great place to live! I lived here twice in the past and spent 2-3 years each time. What I love: The quiet! The maintenance team! The turnaround time is quick for maintenance and they are kind people that don't treat you like a number. They are truly concerned about fixing the issue. They get to know you and wave when they see you. The landscaping is always on point especially during inclement weather. The complex is in a residential area with nearby shopping/restaurants/pharmacy in walking distance. I highly recommend Laurel Hill Apartments. I would return here if my situation were to change.”

“Very friendly and informative staff. Worked with the lady Marissa. I wanted to look around at different units and she was extremely helpful. She knew the property well and showed me all the perks. One of the biggest things was the fitness center. That's big for me. The fact that it's open 24/7 is a bonus. I wish all places were as friendly and helpful as here. Marissa Will definitely be my go to person from here on forward.”
