“This post office is in a really old building, very easy to notice from the counter, door and ceiling inside. But it has all the good stuff, materials for shipping, cards, tapes, gift cards and PO boxes.
There was no line when I went for couple of drop off. Had to wait few minutes because the clerk was busy with a package in her hand. Once she was ready, she was super friendly and helpful. Had a good first time experience at this post office.”

“Perhaps because I used Korean Air, I was really surprised to buy it so quickly. Go to Korea in 3 days. Other companies call and call you at a low price, but when you go and send it, they add additional fees such as customs clearance fees, bulk weight, etc., but there is no such thing here.”

We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”
“When I was in the parking lot at the UPS Store with a 67 lb package, a UPS driver saw me struggling. The driver walked over and picked up the package and carried it into the UPS store for me. Although he was a uniformed UPS driver he was not an employee of the specific UPS Store I was going to. It was very thoughtful and memorable for that driver to have assisted me that way. I love UPS.”

“I often go to this store to drop off my Amazon returns. Few times have shipped items from here too. Very friendly staff. Try their best to help customers as much as possible, some of the regulars they know by name.
Store is kept clean. Has a lot of foot traffic from local customers. Alongside shipping, the store has lots of other services like packaging, shredding, engraving, copying, printing, and mailboxes. A lot of stationary items are also available for purchase.”

She assisted me through the process, assisted me when my file was too big, and then assisted me again when I had to rescan the documents over again.
