I came here as an Uber driver. I had trouble finding a couple of products. None of them helped me. None of the employees helped me. And they just said you can find the product here and there. That's very rude.

Conveniently located but not very useful for aquarium needs. Very small Beta section and really nothing for fish tank maintenance or upkeep.

We went to the store for the dog self wash, arrived the store at 6:31pm, however I was told by the unkind employee, the dog wash was closed.
The employee said, the store closes 8pm but they need to have the time for cleaning the wash area.
The attitude of the employee was not nice and I feel she really wanted to go home early.
I will never go back to this Petco again.
If the self wash closes at 6:30pm they should clearly state that on their website.
It was a really disappointing experience.

Even though they open by 8:00pm, the self wash closes at 6:30pm sharp!
We were there at 6:31pm but very mean store clerk insisted they do not allow us to use it. We will Not Come back this Petco! Very disappointing.

Not really happy with the customer service, they don’t really care about anything just to get pay, but I just won’t go there any more. It’s all I can say.

The pet washing times are inconsistent and not posted. If you plan on using this service do as soon as they open as it changes depending on the associate.

Waste of time. Came for the dog wash and was told it closes 3 hours before the store closes. This would’ve been fine if there was anyway to get this info before driving all the way there. The dog wash hours are nowhere on the website and you cannot call the store to ask either (you will get put on hold and no one will pick up).
