Great garage. Dennis will not high ball you and will be fair and fast. Fixed my Mazda that the dealership quoted 12,000 for for 7000.

My family has been going to Ray and Dennis for decades. Occasionally I'll try another mechanic for convenience purposes, but at the end of the day it's damn near impossible to find somebody better than them.They may not always be the fastest option out there (though they always do their best to accommodate) but if you want the job done RIGHT with no bs, go to Lou's. Their prices are always very reasonable, and never once have they tried to upsell or bait-and-switch me. They will also let you know which issues are more urgent than others, so that YOU can make the best choice for your situation. Good luck finding another mechanic with that level of honesty!

I don't know what one comment will help, when these guys have a 4.9 average score, but the truth is that when I bought a car from a guy that used to take that car to Lou's Getty for years, I put the car a Lou's Getty for a pre-purchase inspection. And he told me the car is in great condition. 11 months later, driving barely 2500 miles with it, the car needs different services at the cost of 3K. Which is more than half of its worth. 4 different vital parts need to be replaced, most of them are critical fixes. If you think Lou's Getty's people were helping their long time customer to get rid of a car at my expense, you won't be the only one.
