Very expensive place. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off, especially if you’re a female or from out of town. Someone I know went with a large pickup truck and paid only $140 for a full detailing of their car (inside and out). I went two days later with my Audi A3 and just wanted the outside done and was quoted their “good cash deal” of $160. They must jack up prices for out of towners and/or because they see a German car and think you have money. This place is a joke. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

First off I would like to comment on TAF leaving a review regarding the treatment the Ferrari received vs your vehicle. They are having their car DETAILED and you just received a regular wash, big difference. Secondly I have been coming here for years with my Honda and Porsche, I have never had any issues. I would have reached out to Nick because I am sure he would have immediately rectified the situation. Incidents happen and that shouldn't be the defining factor for any business. I highly recommend Nick and his staff to anyone looking for an honest and reliable car wash.

After being their customer for 7 yrs, I thought it is the time to share my experience & feedback. When I have opened google to post my comments, I just saw a very poor and unfair comment!!! Note that everyone has a bad day and we shouldn't judge a business with one incident, rather we should give comments after multiple experience collectively.
My experience is absolutely different; I have a CRV and a Porsche and no matter which one I drive, they treat both cars the same. The manager and personnels are very courteous and polite. They know their job very well and offer multiple packages from routine to detailed car wash, wax, etc. It sometimes happened they missed some spots that I had to clean myself, but not a big deal and overall I am very happy from their service.
They well deserve my 5-stars.

There was a Ferrari there being detailed but I definitely did not get that treatment. I got the base level wash for $30. That’s all they had time for as they were short-handed. Even then, worst car wash ever. There were crumbs in plain sight inside my car when I got it back and the back window did not appear to be wiped down either. I spent 1/2hr cleaning my car after they did. They have some additional add-ons which may be necessary if you really want your car cleaned. My search for a decent car wash continues.

I go to this place to wash my car with the expectation that it will turn out well (not perfect) on one occasion they did not put the liquid they use on the tires to make them look black, on the contrary they looked brown. Today, April 16, I took it to be washed and at the beginning there was already a mistake, they left soap on the right rearview mirror, I waited until the end for them to clean it and to their surprise they told me that they finished and the mirror still had soap, apart from that I asked for a favor to vacuum the front part well, which was very dirty and when I checked the area where the glass is placed, it was dirty. I asked for a favor and they would help me by doing it again with the vacuum cleaner and the young man got upset and did it in a bad way and I never clean it, apart from when I was about to leave I asked him if it bothered him that I asked him about the vacuum cleaner and he told me "no and move on, we are working" I of course never spoke to him in a bad way and I let him know that I was claiming something because I was paying and I left. What I want from this whole story is that the people who work on this site have a good attitude, it is obvious that this is not the case for everyone and it is clear that it is a difficult and exhausting job but at the end of the day it is a job that must be do it in the best possible way so that clients like me need this service.

27 dollars and I have to clean the inside of my car because it wasn't done. Same coffee spill in console , 2 wrappers on floor, mud and shoe prints on inside of back doors from my lil grand kids, absolutely hirendous job for 27 dollars. I called and was told to bring the car back and they would vacuum it again. I don't have the time to do that today and shouldn't have to waste the gas. Another car wash crossed off my list. Hard to find a good one. And the cost is crazy for the job done.
