Private bankers at this branch are horrible, absolutely not knowledgeable, and have no desire to assist the customers. I do come there only if that is absolutely necessary.

Avoid this Closter location inside Closter Plaza. Carlos is particularly surly. These employees aren’t interested in helping customers, they only want to clock in and out.

Nice Chase location in Closter Plaza with walk in ATM, live tellers inside, and a drive thru ATM too.The employees are nice and helpful. It is clean inside. The ATM is easy to use.The only odd thing about this location is the drive thru loop direction is setup backwards. Almost all banks and restaurants in the entire USA have counter clockwise drive thru lanes so that the driver's side window faces the building wall/service window/ATM.. but for some very odd and unknown reason this location has you drive around clockwise around the building which leaves the ATM in a floating island position separated from the building. I don't see any advantage or strategy or logic to this approach and I can actually easily imagine many customers mistakingly driving in counter clockwise and making it very dangerous for head on collisions if customers are entering in from the other side. This is one clear case of basic architecture UX/UI failure. If the majority of a group of people are familiar with a system, keep the system flowing the same way. Don't try to be different just because you want to try to be special. So be careful if you are using this drive thru.

All personnel that has professional courtesy are moving to the main JP Morgan offices in the city. Absolutely dysfunctional branch

A male banker was rude and very unfriendly every single time that I got there. I tried to avoid coming to this branch but sometimes had to go there. Unfortunately, I got the same vibe, depressed and grumpy employees. I really hope the head office checks this branch to improve their service.

Spoke to branch manager regarding service fee issue. She seemed disinterested in helping. And said there is nothing she can do. Called chase customer service and that person was well informed helpful and resolved the issue. Terrible service at the branch

Bankers are extremely rude. They act as like police officers, it was very funny.I can not understand why chase Bank closed branch in Norwood. Norwood branch was better than Closter branch, bankers were very kind with lots of experience.

Recently i had an issue that was quickly and professionally resolved. This is a great branch and great addition to our neighborhood with extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable people providing top notch and personal service. Especially I would like to say Thank you to the branch manager Nancy Perdomo and banker Andrew .
