They are very rude here and act like doing their job is inconvenient. I work at a business in the center and they always get so angry that they have to spend extra time depositing our cash. Very unprofessional. It’s more-so the woman that is at the counter. I won’t recommend this place.

Private bankers at this branch are horrible, absolutely not knowledgeable, and have no desire to assist the customers. I do come there only if that is absolutely necessary.

Avoid this Closter location inside Closter Plaza. Carlos is particularly surly. These employees aren’t interested in helping customers, they only want to clock in and out.
