Read complete review please:) Sadly my experience was not good here, at first. I suggest not ordering something from the book. Or at least not paying for it until you actually see it and have it in your hand. The staff was helpful until the product wasn't what I had in mind. Five minutes after leaving the store my stomach was in knots because what I received was not what we discussed. We all hate conflict but I was so unhappy I then discussed it with the sales person. I reminded her of what I had asked for, I let her know that what I got was not right. She was not hearing me, and was actively trying to convince me otherwise. No apology came, which would have made a world of difference. I'm not exactly sure why she didn't want to help me purchase the right product, but it was clear, she didn't want to help me. BUT... a few hours later the store manager called me and made things right. This is huge. She was level headed, patient with my uncertainty, and very helpful. She offered me options and she changed my mind about my review. Give them a try, ask for Barbara.

I recently approached the good people at Bergio in Closter about the possibility of designing a custom necklace of 22K gold meant for a dear someone with unusual medical sensitivities. Over the course of several visits they patiently helped me envision the perfect solution to this romantic challenge, sourced the gold and then executed the gift perfectly, I could not be more grateful for the way they invested themselves personally in this deeply meaningful endeavor.

I have lived in the area almost all my life. My wife found this place looking around the downtown in Closter. She like jewelry they had. First, they opened early for us. Second, they were very honest and helpful. Third, we bought that jewelry. We also went back for other items. Lastly, they are NOT a broker and they have a factory in NJ. Customer service is 2nd to none. Please go there you will not be disappointed.

If you have any jewelry needs, be it design, craft, sizing difficulties or general life advice- go to Bergio’s. What started as a call for help with an oversized ring turned into a journey with 3 custom designed rings (one engagement and two wedding bands to sit on either side) and a hand selected ring for my husband. All three of my rings (two rose gold, one white gold) have diamond suspensions throughout the band. Each one is a work of art that Berge ensured was of the highest quality based on Bergio’s standards (which are rather high)!Berge approaches each piece with the knowledge that his decades of experience provide and with a passion that seems to require each piece to compliment its wearer.You cannot go wrong, if you are going to Bergio’s.
