6/15 Continuing to below: No one contacted me after I walked out of 1/2 hr. Wait. Was only contacted after this review- Only to call the phone number Maria left with no answer and auto transfer too offshore- Over and over again. The call center could not help me and could not even get through to the branch even when a supervisor tried. DONT GO HERE. After making an appointment I waited 1/2 hour first visit. Attempting to purchase a sizeable CD. Completed paperwork and made 2nd appointment to bring in the cashiers check for CD. After waiting 1/2 hour at 2nd appt; I left. No phone call to apologize. NOTHING. Then my CD paperwork was voided. Called Wells Fargo to file complaint. They said I would receive a call in 2 business days. NOPE. Guess they arent interested in new customers.

Went in to take care of a bank transfer. Tonya was extremely pleasant and helpful. Sergio at the counter was extremely pleasant and helpful on a secondary matter.I was in twice this week on unrelated matters. Paulina helped me both times. She was pleasant and helpful on both occasions! Since I wrote a review recently, I am unable to add a new one so edited the original. I’ve been there three times in a month and have had wonderful service each time.

As first time business owner having a business account with Wells Fargo it’s been a nightmare. When you first walk into a talk about open a business account they make you feel so good and look like the bank it’s going to help an entrepreneur but so far my experience it’s been the worst. I do landscaping and I have received multiple check payments which I deposit into the app and my surprise was they hold my checks for over a week sometimes struggling with growing my business and not having the money my costumers paid me available it’s just unacceptable. Like first time owner I need the money quick to buy materials for next job but Wells Fargo holds the checks . The new one was today when I deposited 3K check 2 days ago and I check my online account and I found out I “ mobile deposit adjustment “ I don’t even know what it means. I haven’t been notified by Wells Fargo what I need to do . It seems to me that they don’t want you to have your money fast . Always a hold or something. I won’t recommend this bank for business account purposes.

Just got a card and signed my mother as someone who also has control of it. The man who was helping was leaving the job so he was rushing us through the process. We both got random pin numbers and now I am stuck in another state without a card. They messed up not only my new card, but my mother's old card.

First I've been a WF customer for over 20 years. When I went in to open a personal account I was redirected to open a business checking account for my personal 401k. I since discovered that several of my associates were able to open personal accounts and avoid monthly service charges by keeping a minimum monthly balance. I called to correct this twice but went into 'transfer ping pong' with no acceptable result.

Horrible, horrible experience. You can't call the bank and the banker I spoke to was unhelpful and unsympathetic about my situation. I've heard the other branches are better. I'm only talking about Clinton, NJ

First I've been a WF customer for over 20 years. When I went in to open a personal account I was redirected to open a business checking account for my personal 401k. I since discovered that several of my associates were able to open personal accounts and avoid monthly service charges by keeping a minimum monthly balance. I called to correct this twice but went into 'transfer ping pong' with no acceptable result.

Some of the best tellers in my opinion. Always greet you with a smile and know me by name, not to mention my kids names! Never had a problem and it seems I'm always there!

Worst bank ever. Very rude staff. I have multiple accounts with another branch where the staff are very helpful. However, I work in this area and I needed to open a new account. I walked into the bank a little after 4 pm and I believe there were no other customers. I asked one of the employees if I can open an account, her immediate response was that I need an appointment (really!!), but since "I have nothing to do", i will "take" you. In any case, she was rude and since it is late in the day, she was looking for an excuse not to open the account, and she did find one. I ended up wasting my time waiting for her.

Tried calling to schedule an appointment to get a document from them notarized and no one answered after several tries. I went to the branch and was told I needed an appointment. Glad this is not my bank.

For the record, I never write reviews. I went here yesterday to cash a check I received from consigning, it was closer than my regular bank. I do not bank with WF. My daughter was sleeping so I was trying to keep an eye on her. The man in front of me noticed I was in a hurry and even let me go in front of him! The teller wasn't accepting my bank check book as form of ID with my license. She was being difficult and not honest, idk what the problem was. She said the check book doesn't have an expiration date... whatever. I'm already ancy due to my daughter. She takes a few minutes to get the other teller who comes over and begins by asking me if I'm me. I was about a foot or two away from counter keeping an eye on my baby, nobody else around me. She says I need to step forward she thought I was someone else. I told her, "Just give me my f$&48ng stuff, I don't have time for this." She held my paperwork back said, "you don't talk to me like that" and wouldn't give it to me for a few seconds. I wasn't having a very good day, and I never treat people like that, I guess they just hit a nerve! Needless to say I'm glad I don't bank with this company. It could've been handled differently on their part. Love my local bank!

Have found them very difficult to deal with on several occasions. I have found on A few occasions when you ask a question the tellers give you one answer. Then you returned to do the transaction and they give you a different answer. Very poor customer service. I also find it annoying when you go through the drive-through or inside they try to sell you their other products. Just stop by again today and now they're having technical difficulties so they can only take paper deposits. Their systems are not working so there's no withdrawals or any other transactions being done. Turning out to be America's most inconvenient bank.
