Had 3 contracts on our property and they couldn't get them closed. 2 died in Attorney Review, last one buyers loan was denied. We thought that they would have the knowledge to get sales closed. It's a "List n Pray" agency.

I don't know about other agents, but I have had personal experience with the Beattys, who are just about the best agents in NJ. They found me a tenant for my home and they later helped to sell my home in Annandale, finding me the electrician and the handyman who took care of the details so that the closing could go forward. These people are consummate professionals at the realty game and will work tirelessly for you. They also surround themselves with responsive, reasonably priced "helpers" like the electrician and handyman who facilitated the sale. Pamela is just one of the nicest human beings I have ever met and it was a pleasure doing business with her and interacting with her. If only there were more people like the Beattys; they get the job done and they are pleasant to work with, understanding of all situations and interested in getting you the best deal possible. Take their advice; it's invaluable.

The new Weichert website is terrible!!!!! Bring back the old website, PLEASE. Who decided to change this website? It was so much easier to navigate through the old one. Now the new one has some big map on the left side of the screen and pictures of homes all on the right side. Its just awful. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!!!!

It depends who you get. We had a great woman who sold us the house but the one who then tried to sell it for us later was awful and never did sell it after nearly a year. So it depends who you get.
