Highly recommend! I am about halfway through with my first MAX Challenge experience and have loved it thus far. Having a great community of friendly faces each morning cheering you on during hard workouts has been super motivating and exciting to be a part of. Class formats and instructors (friendly, kind, motivating) change from day to day or week to week leaving no time for boredom! The sense of community brings about a positive environment and personal accountability that you cannot find at a normal gym.

The program is comprehensive and the exercise classes go by quickly! Love how easy it is to adapt each exercise to your own level, and do so on the fly. Great energy from everyone!

Best decision I've ever made! It's such a welcoming place. I'm always greeted by my name. Any and all questions are welcomed and answered. I get the best workout and feel amazing when I leave. For the first time in my life, I look forward to exercising....and I schedule everything around my workout schedule!

I love this place! I have already seen major improvements and have only been attending for a little over a month. Definitely recommend if you are looking to get active or trying to lose weight!

I’ve been going to The MAX Challenge of Clinton for a month, and it’s been a wonderful experience. Mark provided the warmest welcome, followed by the wonderful instructors and friendly students who all welcomed me with open arms and help learning any of the exercises that are new to me. I’ve most enjoyed the variety in each class, the camaraderie and support of everyone in the room, and the results I’m seeing by making this a regular part of my day. Never did I think I’d look forward to exercising every day, but this fitness center has changed me for the better! I’d highly recommend trying a class and joining a challenge.

MAX Challenge of Clinton has been a wonderful addition to my health journey. The owner is personable, kind, and motivational and has created an amazing community of local men and women with similar goals. I would recommend Max Challenge of Clinton to anyone looking to start or continue to improve their health in an encouraging, and impactful environment!

My friend called me late one night asking if I'd join a 10 week fitness challenge with her. We are both busy, working moms who seldomly find time for ourselves. I agreed and set a goal for myself: to make time to prioritize my health. We are in week 5 of the challenge and feel great! We take the 5am class because it works best with work and all of the kids after school activities. Each day, a zoom link is sent as well with a prerecprded workout just in case you need to workout from home. The entire Max team iscomprised of real people who have completed their 10 week challenge and stay on because it positively impacted their lives. They are kind and motivating. They take the time out to call and check on you and work hard to assist you in feeling your best!

Mark is very hands on he knows he makes a point to welcome every member by first name and has a great staff. They are only a phone call or text away if you have a question. Mark the owner called me when I fell off the wagon when I was MIA. I recommend that you give the max of Clinton a try. You will not be disappointed!

The Max of Clinton is a great place if your looking to start your fitness journey or to get back into fitness. I was an avid CrossFiter not to long ago but the a few major life events happened I haven't gone back. But the Max is a great place to pick back up get your body moving and learn to eat better. From the owner checking in on you to the motivating instructors and down to the supportive members the Max is definitely a place to get your body moving with a positive surrounding.

This place is amazing and FUN. I feel encouraged and motivated through their team's energy, caring and knowledge. The 45-minute classes are perfect because they jam-pack them with creative and diverse exercises every day and the way they incorporate weights/balls/bands/etc. make it even more challenging if you want to add them to the exercises. They are always there to answer questions on proper exercise form, nutrition and make it a holistic approach with power talks at the end of each class. They truly support their members and I wish I found them earlier. Take a chance and see what it's all about!
