Shammy shine always does a great job! They know how to keep the flow of cars moving. I'm never waiting long.

Wery unfriendly experience today, the man ,maybe super, was blocking entry to the wash without explanation, holding process and when I tap the horn a little, he gave me look and shout
, quote "I'm doing something here"
and when my turn to enter in the wash, he simply turn off equipment and let me through the wash without washing. It was was $18

My biggest gripe with this location (and their other nearby locations) is that the attendants who put the plastic cover over your rear windshield wiper should also take a brush and bucket filled with soapy water and quickly scrub around the rear license plate and hatch, but they don't. Some other car washes in the area do this so, I know it's possible. It's important for me because, the way my car is designed, the rear portion of the hatch around the license plate never gets clean. I was told by an attendant that this is a common complaint and the only solution is to just go through the wash again or do it yourself. A simple 15 second swish and swipe with a long brush and soapy water would solve that though. I've also noticed recently that the soapy water never gets fully rinsed from the vehicle so when it dries, very noticeable water spots are left behind.

I use the automated wash from time to time when I don't have time to wash my car. After I pull out of the wash, I dry it with a microfiber cloth. Comes out nice. Of course any $15 carwash will leave dirt and water spots all over if you don't dry it right away. These people that complain about some dirt left over are nuts! It's a $15 run through in a pinch. Takes most off but not all. You don't even need to dry it if you don't have 5 extra minutes. Any automated wash has minor scratch risks. Want it perfect, then go pay $99 for a real wash and exterior detail....

Not related to the car wash facility itself (which is great by the way) but a family member had an issue with a dead battery while on site. We eventually got it taken care of but the night time employee Adam went ABOVE \u0026 BEYOND helping out any way possible. He was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Keep up the good work!!!

Don't bother paying the nearly $20 for the premium wash you will probably end up with the basic wash anyway
