I can't say enough good things about Russ's Wrench. Here are the words that come to mind - convenient, clean, professional, thorough, efficient, great communication. Everything was explained to me before any work was done, the report even had pictures of what was good and what was bad! Plus they fixed my car :) I will go back for sure.

I cannot thank the crew at Russ’s Wrench enough. They do their best to accommodate with schedule as well as every crew member being helpful and putting the their customers needs first. Went in recently for loss of air in my tire and because of their thorough inspection ? found an oil leak that I was able to get a percentage paid through my extended warranty coverage I purchased. Will always refer them and will continue to be a loyal customer of theirs.

Nice but not great at identifying the root cause of my car overheating and fixing the problem (was the internal water pump not my radiator, heater block and hoses)

Russ made a small error on a suspension alignment. When I stopped by to make an appointment to fix, they asked me to wait for few and put the car up on the rack - fixed on the spot in 10 minutes.
That’s what I call great customer service!

I brought my 1998 Wrangler into Russ’s for the first time last week. It’s been serviced for the past 20 years by a mechanic in Bridgewater, but I was looking for someplace closer and had heard good things about Russ’s Wrench, so figured I’d give them a try. Long story short, I was very pleased from beginning to end. Walked into the shop to a friendly face asking how they could help and a few weeks later got my Wrangler back driving like a new car. They not only did the requested service but looked the car over and found other issues. I secretly knew there was an issue w/ the brakes and a small oil leak but didn’t mention it hoping they would catch it and of course they did (among a few more things), thank you Kyle and Thomas. I really appreciated receiving the appointment reminder and receiving an inspection report via text, so I could look over the issues and be prepared for the call from the office to go over costs to fix.
Great experience all around. Highly recommend Russ’s Wrench!

Was on my way home with a full car load ..got a flat and they helped us out.. on the house! Such kind genuine folks and I wish they shop was in my area. We need more shops like these here. Just drove from NC car was acting weird made appointment just to get sunroof closed (it was stuck open)
Honest machanics, did a safty check on my whole car,found issues I was not aware of explained why they need attention. So I can be safe on the roads.
Thank you for being a caring auto shop wish more where like this.
