I have used PNC for my day-to-day accounts. I recently did a HELC. I was very disappointed that Jacqueline asked me to sign documents with inaccurate information. The loan package also referenced an exhibit that was not even part of the package. They were also not willing to give me a copy of the application that I had signed.

The entire team is fantastic! Friendly, professional, helpful...I could go on and on. I was so pleased with how they handled my personal banking that I have now transferred all of my business banking to PNC as well. Their rates were very competitive and their customer service blows Bank of America out of the water. I am so happy I finally made the switch!

Just went to Pnc bank to deposit 400.00 cash all in 20.00. Dollar bills the atm machine took my cash then give me a error on the screen and didn't record my transaction. I called Pnc 800 number told lady on phone what happen about the 400 dollars at the end she said she would put the funds in my account until it can be fix BUT THEN I SEE THAT SHE ALSO SCREW UP AND ONLY PUT 200.00 instead of 400 CAN PNC GET ANYTHING RIGHT MATBE TIME TO CHANGE BANKS AT LEAST TD BANK IS OPEN ON SUNDAY I COULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DEPOSIT WITH A REAL TELLER
