I made the appointment online, which is encouraged. The VIN entry was marked as 'optional'. The service was for a flat tire so I took it off the car and drove it to Clinton on my pickup. At the dealership I was informed by Kellie they couldn't honor the appointment unless I provided the VIN. Amazing to me that they couldn't fix a flat tire without knowing the VIN. Not Kellie's fault but there is obviously something wrong here.

We just bought a second car from Toyota World of Clinton. Connor, Vince and Greg were very helpful to get us to the car(s) we were interested in. They were friendly and not pushy at all. I highly recommend this dealership and Connor Mckay specifically.

As a busy working mom, I don’t have a lot of time to spare, so I really appreciated the quick and efficient service at Toyota World of Clinton. Casey, the service advisor, made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of in no time.

I have to tell you all how wonderfully I was treated at Toyota World of Clinton. My salesman was Sean McManus. He was patient, kind, cheerful, and informative. I took my time pondering over the color of the car I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. Sean never made me feel like I was wasting his time. He did his very best for me. At the end of the sale, he went over all the cool gadgets in the car, explaining everything to me. I have never had such excellent service before with a car salesman. He was wonderful, and exceptional at his job. I also met with Julia Amaya when it came to the financial aspects of the deal. Julia worked hard to fit the needs I had and was very pleasant, intelligent, and I couldn't have had a nicer experience as she patiently went over all the details I needed to know. She was truly awesome! I would recommend anyone interested in buying or leasing a car from his dealership. These two individuals were outstanding. I am very happy today and love my new car! Thank you Sean and Julia.
