Hit or miss I guess. My experience at this branch was excellent. Kimberly opened my checking account in about a half hour, very friendly. She and Mario both offered me a coffee. Thank you for great customer service.

My wife and I have over $100,000 in deposits at this bank in CD’s, savings and checking accounts and I stopped at the Clinton branch to deposit more money and check on the status of the rollover of my wife’s Cd. The branch manager was rude and completely unhelpful when we were trying to deposit thousands more into my wife’s existing CD. He was a total 5’2” jerk in a stupid suit with ridiculous padded shoulders. If you have money here take it elsewhere. Base on this bozo, we are taking our $100k to other institutions. They should fire this idiot. Also: his 2 counter clerks claimed their bank has a Flemington branch. It does not. They need a bit of training/education.

Had a wonderful experience at this branch and working with Annette. Annette was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She even shared a promotion that I was unaware of so that I could earn a greater interest rate. Thanks Annette!

I came in today to inquire about business checking account. The bank had one other customer. Completely disorganized, person I spoke to had no answers & had to ask others for help to answer basic questions. So frustrated I got up & left. I went across the street to Unity Bank. People there were knowledgeable and polite. Opened the account at Unity, got free checks, free deposit slips, stamp,$150 credit, zero fees, and phone app. got it all done in 20 min. was simple. Investors Bank offered a "discount" on checks. $75 checks!?!?!? Can buy them for 1/3 that online.
