I ordered a new replacement Endura door frame from Cy Fox. They ordered the wrong one. I purchased it in the fall of 2021 and did not get around to installing it till now. Long story short, I called to order a new frame, salesman argued that they don't carry the brand in question (Therma-Tru Endura) and then told me there was no possible refund for said item. He also disregarded the fact I had called to order the right one (hinges on left-right side opening. When I was in the building trades during the 80's 90's, I used Fox exclusively for all local projects. I will never return after today. No customer loyalty and a pass the buck, not our problem attitude.

First off I assure you this isn't a fake or doing someone a favor or any type of a coached review; as far as our experience with Fox Lumber they've consistently been the best purchase anywhere in the tri-state area.The moment you arrive at Fox Lumber Clinton NJ there is ample parking, then you enter the facility and you're impressed by the layout, the large selection of building materials and the helpful staff, from Chris the general manager all the way to the last employee out on the yard.If you're placing a large order of lumber and shopped around as we always do, Fox lumber's prices are always the most competitive. The quality of materials are top notch. The staff is always friendly from the moment you place the order until the moment you receive the delivery. The delivery operators handle the boom and fork lifts like it's their third arm and always accommodating and always with a huge smile on their faces.I always refer everyone to them because we think they are the best in the business.I love Fox Lumber, I really do.Sonny

Amazing staff. I went there last week to pick up some lumber for my garden bed. Even though my requirement was very very small, but stuff treated me just like they would treat any big contractor. Kudos to Fox Lumber

The guys there are super helpful. I was being very stubborn about the single piece of wood that I needed, and they went out of their way to help me. I felt just as welcome as any of the contractors that were buying 100x the amount if product that I was.

It's nice to have a local lumber yard. Decent hardware section, basically the essentials. They cheerfully made a bunch of chops for me.
