I have been going to Dan for years and he is great. He keeps me on track and motivated and as I have gotten to middle age - one of the best things is that I don't get injured or risk injury. Keeping muscle on keeps me mobile. I am a big believer in this fitness strategy and never really publicly recommend anyone - but Dan's gym has helped me alot.

I was a 3-4 times per week gym guy my whole life. I have now worked with Dan for five years, the results are not even close. Super Slow is a much better workout, cannot recommend it highly enough.

I hate weight training but know I need to do it to support my bones and manage my weight. This is the BEST workout - effective and done in 20 mins. I highly recommend Enlightened Exercise!
