“Just this week I was looking for the blue raffia clutch that was on sale for $49, and called various stores. Clerks at other stores were not very friendly nor helpful. One barely responded to me. When I called this store, the clerk was super helpful and efficient, found the item and had it shipped to me promptly. I wish I could remember her name, but from the description of the order it would be easy for her manager to find her. I applaud this store for having wonderful staff like the lady who answered my call. Thank you, you made my day! And love the clutch!”

“There are only a few brick & mortar stores left so I was happy to pick up an online order from the store. There was a winter storm that had already started, but I was in the area for an appointment already. Although the store was closed for shopping there still was someone there to give me my items I purchased online. I appreciate that I didn't have to make that drive out there again.”
