I had a wonderful experience at this location today. The whole staff was friendly and inviting. Specifically, Carlyle was very kind and friendly and helped me after I was clumsy and dropped the bottle I just paid for. I caused a mess for him and the staff but they were kind and I appreciated Carlyle's patience and help. I hope he gets recognized for his excellent customer service skills.

This past week and weekend I paid a visit to this store Because I was most comfortable with this flag ship store rather than the one in Teterboro. Things have changed and not for the better, 4-5 years ago They had a lot more products with their price is slightly better compared to now. They don’t even have Ciroc anymore from what I can tell. This tiny little guy that works there with a goatee beard, he’s Spanish a bit hyper, I try to ask him questions in reference to some products that I was looking for I wanted knowledge of and he seem not to know anything. Overheard him speaking upon real estate or something of that matter and that did not help me. Seemed like the little Spanish guy was annoyed or something. This store has changed dramatically and it’s not even affiliated with Costco they don’t have the same products as Costco would have in their liquor section. Times have changed

Randy provided me with excellent customer service. He helped me pick out champagne for my upcoming wedding. He was extremely knowledgeable which helped me alot because I know nothing about champagne or liquor. He even recommended another champagne and wine. Very happy with my experience and I will be coming back!

Very attentive to needs. Knew exactly which wines were best for each purpose and based on cooking which foods. Experts is rather unkind, but passionate seasoned professionals fits. Less selection, but the best sellers. Sales around holidays mostly. Connected to Costco.

Good selection, helpful staff. However this liquor store is not affiliated with Costco, so they do not carry Kirkland products.
