It’s my 1st ever bad review. This is the worst branch. I went to this branch with my mom this morning. My mom was told that her pin was incorrect. We asked the teller what was going on. My mom hasn’t been using her card since 5/2023. The teller called the manager / Melissa L. who was very rude. She accused my mom changing her pin and didn’t remember it. My mom told her that she hasn’t go to any branch after May this year. How can she change her pin without going to branch in person? We asked if she could check in the system to see when the pin was changed. She started yelling and said that she couldn’t check the system and “ I can file a complaint for you”. My mom told her that as a customer, she has the right to know the reason her pin was changed without her knowing. Melissa kept saying that “ I can file a complaint for you”. My mom said to her that “ if you can address it, why should I file a complaint? “After my mom withdrew her money, one of other banker / Tracy was very nice and professional. She called ATM department and explained everything happened. We were told that my mom received her new debt card 6/2023. Someone chosen new pin upon receiving new debt card without notifying my mom. This was the reason.Guess who helped my mom in 5/2023 and placed that new debt card order. It was the same manager.As a branch manger, there are different ways to handle similar situations and help customers instead of yelling and accusing customers. In general, please stay away from this branch.

Roxanne and Tracy were very helpful and pleasant. They were able to help me with everything I needed and even guided me to the privacy room to finish my business there. Thank you again so much.

I went to cash a check from my employer (who has Wells Fargo) and I really felt like the older lady with grey hair was discriminating against me , I had my proper ID and another form of ID with me and wouldn’t tell me why she didn’t want to. I never had an issue cashing checks from this employer but she was just very snotty and had a bad attitude. If I knew the issue I would of resolved it. I’m definitely going to have my husband close his business and personal account with them.

They asked me to go to their branch just to change my telephone number in their file. With my other 2 credit card providers, you can change, add/delete, profile information in seconds on line.

Absolutely the worst bank. There is always a line and the people with the cubicles BS the hell out of you just to try to get you to open up an account and that’s the only bank that still does not allow people inside try to wait online tell her drive-through good luck with that three hour wait closing my accounts down going straight to chase Bank. Horrible bank is understatement. If I can give it a zero star I would.

Very simple nice and convenient as essential business their team is always available to help .I personally enjoy the convenience of using the app to schedule appointments change pins of course by doing so when I have to go physically to the branch is quick and reliable .

Worst bank ever. Other banks you can go and you dont need an appointment. I went here because I need to change the PIN of my atm, i was told that they cannot accomodate me and i need to make an appointment first. Seriously?? I need the money that day, what do you suggest that I do?? When you call their branch, you will be transferred repeatedly to an automatic voice answering machine. If you cant serve your customers, might as well that you close totally!! I will definitely transferring my account to another bank, particularly TD Bank because they dont need an appointment. After all, it's my money. You dont have the right to dictate me as to when I can access it.

ATM could be made smarter to detect if Debit card was inserted or credit card because only Debit card allows to make deposit!

Excellent experience with Roxanna. The other tellers are great as well. Short lines almost every time I go here unlike other Wells Fargos, this one seems well staffed and well run.

I've had a checking account with Wells Fargo for about a year. I haven't had any real problems until this past week. I received a check issued in Canada and upon trying to deposit it via mobile, was alerted that I needed to do so in person at a branch. I took it to this location and gave it to a teller. She deposited it in my account and I thought that was that, until a few days later when I looked at my account activity and noticed a $5 fee for an international check deposit. The teller apparently didn't see any need to inform me of this. To be fair, the message I got in my mobile app didn't mention this either. $5 isn't the end of the world but I don't like having fees deducted without my knowledge. Who knows what other mysterious fees may show up in my account?

I like that this branch actually has someone with a clipboard taking names down to see a banker. It makes it organized on busy days and at least you see where you stand in line. Chase makes you wait in limbo.
