I hv a Walgreens at the end of my block but I love the workers in the Allwood td store so much better! They are so friendly & helpful especially Eileen! She always says hello to every customer when they come into the store. And is so very helpful! The store is so clean and always well stocked. Great job!

The pharmacy staff screamed at me over the phone and hung up on me. Not only will I never come back here, but I will be filing a formal complaint against this Walgreens. Completely unacceptable

Very very rude people, if you want to be treated badly come here, the women at the pharmacy are disrespectful, try going to another Walgreens ,And if you don't speak Spanish they make fun of you, racists

As a professional I won’t recommend this place the head pharmacist is great but their tech that answer the phones gave me an attitude due to not hearing me well then complains that I’m yelling at him. Hangs up the phone after being on hold for 22 minutes and didn’t have the courtesy. To hear me out specicialy that I was calling on behalf of a doctor. If you can’t handle the pressure or be patients for others it is not the right place . I can’t imagine how many people have to experience this. This is why I’m gonna start sending patients to family own pharmacies or other places but this one. The phone tech by far the worse person I’ve ever encountered with.

I have Cigna PPO insurance thru my employer need to pick from Walgreen or CVS so on a mission On Saturday 7/22/24.
I went to the Walgreen pharmacy on Allwood Road & Bloomfield Ave. to price out medication and see if this is a good fit for me. Talking 13 different medications. Note the close for hour lunch 1:30 to 2:30. When I went back the pharmacist not a happy camper. I'm not giving you any prices on medication you need to get your prescriptions and come back during the week. Not a response I wanted to here. Pharmacist is there anything else you need. Leave. Not not going with this one.

Old lady with the poofy gray hair (possibly works in photo department) has an extreme attitude problem. Get someone in customer service that actually has good customer service.

I am beyond disappointed with this Walgreens location. I have been going there to fill my prescription for the past 5 years. Everyone has always been so pleasant and helpful, until today.
What a disappointment. I will be going elsewhere to fill my prescription from now on. You’ve lost a valuable customer. What a shame. Please do better. The individuals on staff as well as the pharmacist should receive additional training on customer service. It is very unbecoming of a professional to tell a customer “make sure you include that we offered to help you when you file your complaint”. That pharmacist ought to be ashamed of her response. She was very argumentative over the phone and continued to speak over me. She even had me on speaker phone throughout the duration of the phone call. Very unprofessional.
