Submitted my online order 3/14. Order was never processed nor was I notified the order was ready for pick up. Order was now cancelled on 3/18 for "not being picked up".

Worst customer experience ever. Came here on Monday evening to get a replacement SIM card. Nobody greeted or even made eye contact. There was no clear check-in process. You have to find whoever is willing to speak to you. I had to walk up to an employee and explain my issue. He took my name down and then did nothing. At 6 PM, he wished everyone goodbye, and left—without saying if someone would help or what the process was. The manager made rounds and did absolutely nothing.
I waited 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to me—just to be told they were out of SIM cards. A telecom store out of SIM cards? Unbelievable.
Anyway, I was told to go to another store. I went to the Secaucus store and was in and out in five minutes.
The problem isn’t Verizon; it’s this store’s complete incompetence and absolute lack of customer service. Verizon should either train the staff here or be prepared to lose customers because of the pathetic service at this store.

I went to this place with my friend, and the girl served us. We gave them the information she asked for. Then she told us to sit down, as there were only three people. After a while, we noticed that every customer who came in was served immediately and just looked at us, but no one came up to ask anything. I don't know why. Apparently, they pick and choose the customers they like, and the rest aren't worth it. I'll never go back. Terrible, terrible service.

Went to get a phone replaced that we bought 2 days before, because of a scratch on a brand new phone. They will not help you. The only way is to get the phone fixed yourself before you exchange it, even if the phone came with damage. Do yourself a favor and always inspect your new phone thoroughly, and dont bother going to this place. I would have given a 1 because it seems like it's because of "Verizon policy" but that sounds like a load of crap.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at the Verizon store on Route 3 in Clifton, NJ. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in, we were met with kindness, patience, and professionalism. I was dealing with a particularly difficult situation, and both Alex, the manager, and Mike, a Verizon employee, went above and beyond to take care of us.
Alex is a true leader—compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. He took the time to thoroughly understand my situation and provided solutions that not only worked but also put my mind at ease. His professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated during a stressful time.
Mike was equally fantastic, offering outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly attitude. He was incredibly patient, walking us through every step of the process, making sure we understood our options, and ensuring we left the store feeling confident and happy with our service.
Both Alex and Mike treated us like more than just customers—they treated us like people, with genuine care and respect. It’s rare to find such exceptional service these days, and I am beyond grateful for how they handled everything. If you need help with anything Verizon-related, this is the store to go to! Thank you again, Alex and Mike—you both made a lasting impression, and I truly appreciate all that you did for us!

This was my first time at Verizon store.I went there because I’m having some issues with my phone. I was waiting there and there was a girl came up to help me. I think her name is Shanice She came up And help me with my phone and my phone plan upgrade she was really sweet and really smart I wish everyone at that store helpful like her. I highly recommend the store and Shanice very nice customer service 💕💕
