Beware
I recently took my dog here for what I thought was just a followup check-up. However, I was surprised to find out that a procedure had been performed without my prior knowledge of the cost. When I received the receipt, I was shocked at the amount charged, which I had not anticipated.
It's important for pet owners to be informed about potential costs before any procedure is carried out. According to veterinary law, vets are typically required to provide clients with estimates for services, especially when additional procedures are recommended during a visit. Unfortunately, in my case, this didn’t happen.
I understand that unexpected health issues can arise, but transparent communication is crucial. It’s essential for veterinary practices to prioritize clear discussions about costs and treatment options to ensure pet owners can make informed decisions.
Overall, while I appreciate the care my dog received, the lack of upfront information left me feeling frustrated and somewhat taken aback.

Highly recommend Valley Animal Hospital. Have been going there for about five years since I had my first puppy. Dr. Thompson is our main vet and she is always nothing short of phenomenal, always makes us feel welcome, and is receptive to our needs. Dr. Henderson is a fantastic vet and surgeon who supported us while my pup required surgery for a tumor. The staff is always efficient and friendly. The price is reasonable as they are comprehensive with everything they do. Overall, a great experience. I am happy to bring my new puppy there to receive care.

The husband and I just moved to the area and needed to find a new veterinarian for our cat, Pepper. After asking for recommendations and doing research, we made an appointment at Valley Animal Hospital. The hospital itself is large, very clean, and has a nice view of a garden in the waiting area. We checked in with the front desk, whom were very nice and welcoming. The wait was not long. We meet with Marina, the vet assistant, and we went over Peppers’ medical history. Soon we meet with Dr. Thompson, she checked his vitals and gave him his vaccines. Pepper is usually a chill and playful cat, but at vet visits he turns a 180 and starts hissing. Marina and Dr. Thompson handled him very well, assertively and gently. They answered all our questions and concerns and seemed very genuine. We’re glad to have found a caring team at Valley Animal Hospital.

If I could give 6 Stars I would
Outstanding ...I was in initial somewhat crisis mode with regard to my feline and a vet tech was able to come outside to help me...Basically still a routine type visit but all staff members including vet were welcoming and Fully Attentive

Our little guy receives great care at Valley Animal Hospital. They are knowledgeable, caring and responsive to his needs. We've been going for over nine years now and have never had a bad experience. We trust them to take excellent care of Whiskey whether it be his annual physical, illness, injury or boarding overnight.

Valley Animal Hospital helped my dog who was having significant pain in her vertebrae. They used some advanced therapies that had her on the mend much sooner than we anticipated!

I made my cat's appointment based off the splendid reviews on Google. I was really surprised with how unpleasant my 1st visit was here. I initially made appointments for 2 of my cats but I always get nervous with my 1st visit anywhere so I opted for just 1 appointment for 1 of my kitties because I was mostly concerned with his asthma & ear infection. Reception was on point, the curly haired lady who came into the exam room to ask questions about my cat was really nice & sweet. The actual Vet who saw my cat was really nasty with disgusting behavior (she was a blonde loud mouth female). I'm paying for the service. This isn't a free visit so I'm expecting better treatment than what she exhibited. I'm coming in with questions because obviously I'm not a Vet & I don't know. She wasn't listening and honestly I should have just stood up & gone somewhere else. That was my mistake. Point being, I'm never coming back here. Not recommending this place to anyone.

I have been taking my 13 1/2 year old Shih-Tzu here since he was one. Great staff, always good experience where you learn something new. Pricey but thorough. I highly recommend.
